AHU Floor mounted Horizontal AHU's with 70 mm WG Static Pressure-DX Type Supply, Installation, Testing & commissioning of double skin air handiling unit of capacity 23400 cfm, 70 mm static, Direct Expansion Type and with suitable motor. The housing shall be constructed of 0.6 mm glavanized preplastified/powder coated sheet on outside and inside with 25+/-2 mm thick CFC free PUF foam of 40 +/-2 Kg/M3 density insulation in between panels complete with fan section with fan, provison for connection of rerurn duct, motor mounting arrangement inside the casings with motor, belt drive/ direct drive system enclosed. Installation/Commissioning Installaiton, Testing and Commissioning of Condensing units with follwing activities. i)Lifting shifting of Units and out door units at respective locations. ii)Installation of indoor and out door units with necessary electrical connections, nitrogen flushing, pressure stand for 24-48 hrs and copper pipes connections as per BSL standards. iii)Vaccumising for approx. 3-4 Hrs as per specifications and guidelines for Ductable Acs. iv)Commissioning of condensing units with laid down procedures and guidelines of Manufacturer.
