Providing and fixing gutter (600mm overall grith) Tata Durashine/Century wells or equivelent precoated galvanised steel sheet roofing accessories 0.50 mm (+0.05 %) total coated thickness, Zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling/ self tapping screws completeincluding carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and heights.

Cleaning the sand stone surface and removing dirt, dust,bird dropping, grease, oil, algae, fungus, monkey beats,vegetable growth etc., including providing, applying and washing the surface with liquid Ammonia Chemical of 5% solution and other chemical cleaning agent as approved by Archaeological Survey of India/ Engineer-in?charge, of approved brand and manufacturer, with the help of required scrubbers and also cleaning with machine operated water jet mixed with desired quantity of fine silica where ever required, without causing any scratching/ damage to the stone surface and finally washing the surface with clean water with the help of pressure jet machine, complete in all respect, including taking all precautions to safeguard ventilators, windows,doors etc. by suitable covering so as to avoid any damage to the building/structure, all as per direction of Engineer- in-charge (The rate is inclusive of all materials& labours involved except scaffolding) including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and heights.

Supply and installation at site of UniStone Aluminum Batten System (BX1 – Snap on Clamp) 6063/ T6 Alloy Grade in choice of WOODEN Shades in size of 30mm x 50mm in Matt finish in oven baked enamel coating of average 65 micron. Length: 3660mm Gap between Battens: 30mm of approved make and design as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and heights.

Providing and fixing 6 mm thick Suede finish Greenlam/Marino or equivalent exterior grade Cladding (high pressure laminate) made up of 1300 mm x 3050 mm or required size manufactured under EN 438-2&3:2005 or equivalent standard. Cladding should be made with GLE technology & double layer UV protection process under high pressure, thermosetting phenolic resin treated exclusive & certified exterior grade decorative paper (UV Resistant) on both sides with high grade craft paper in between. Both the decorative and craft paper to be made of virgin pulp. Clad should be resistant to water immersion characteristic with permissble increase on thickness and mass less than 0.60% and have the density greater than 1.35 gm/cc, UV resistance on grey scale measurement wil be measured greater than or equals to 4, with flame retardant fulfilled the criteria under EN-13501-1:2007 with classification of BS 1D0 standard property, moisture resistant, impact resistant, termite resistant, scratch resistant, weather and climate shock resistant high pressure thermo setting resin treated balanced compact laminates clad (The manufacturer should provide 10 years waranty cerficate on manufacturing and moisture related defects). A green product with green guard gold certification where VOC emmission level is less than 0.22 PPm. Anti-bactirial and anti-fungal property under JISZ-2801:2000. Clads will be installed on aluminium tubes at 500 mm c/c distance with special L-brackets. There will be special fixing treatment on all the corner sections. Aluminium box size will be 25 mm x 50 mm. Boards will be fixed on the aluminium chanels with colour matched rivets and brackets through 8 mm drill hole in boards and 5 mm dia drill holes in aluminium box. Rivets will be installed by automatic rivet guns. Shade design of clad should be finalized under direction of Engineer in charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and heights.
