12) Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: Two or more coats on new work.
13) Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content. With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre.
14) Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.
15) Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : Old work (One or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm).
16) Dismantling W.C. Pan of all sizes including disposal of dismantled materials i/c malba all complete as per directions of Engineer-in- Charge.
17) Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)
18) Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.
19) Extra for cutting reinforcement bars manually/ by mechanical means in R.C.C. or R.B. work (Payment shall be made on the cross sectional area of R.C.C. or R.B. work) as per direction of Engineer in-charge.

29) Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/ borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with M.S hold fast/ lugs/ SS dash fasteners of required
dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-In- Charge. (M.S hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately). Note: For WPC solid door/ window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimensions i.e depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. 30) Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid plain flush door shutter of required size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as per direction of Engineer-In- Charge.
(Note: Rate inclusive of stainless steel butt hinges and necessary S.S screws all complete) 30 mm thick
31) Removal of vegetation along with roots at walls/ roofs and floors/ drainage systems/ water supplying stream of the building/ over head tanks or at any location and applying any special chemical to defective area to prevent vegetation growth and finishing the same with cement concrete/ mortar to match the surface of walls/ floors/ roofs., etc complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (cement concrete/mortar to be paid in separate item.) (Uprooting of vegetation in each location will be measured as one job)
32) Charges for Cleaning of entire compound outside area including mumpty, terrace slab, rain water entry spouts, khurras/ depressions/ sunk slabs and surrounding areas etc., by removing leaves, silt, dust, rubbish and other deposited / accumulated materials from terrace and within compound area etc., for smooth flow of rain water and making the compound area look clean, including disposal of waste etc., complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge. (Entire compound area within the compound wall & the terrace area of Type VI quarter shall be cleaned thoroughly, which shall be measured as a job for payment).
33) Providing and fixing CPVC ball valve in CPVC pipe line including cutting and jointing with CPVC solvent cement etc complete.

36) Fixing anodized aluminum partitions and doors / windows / Ventilators with available materials after making required sections as per the drawing for powder coated aluminum sections, particle board, glass panels, neoprene gasket and snap on beading) including fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fasteners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions at top, bottom and sides with required PVC/Neoprene felt etc, aluminum sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required all complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of the Engineer-in-charge.
37) Charges for Cleaning of 5 Nos toilets and kitchen in T-VI quarter. The toilets and the kitchen shall be cleanued by using necessary detergents, chemicals etc for removing of all the stains The surface shall be cleaned thproughly by using wire brushes etc. All complete and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge. Each toilet / kitchen cleaned shall be measured as a job for payment).
