Prividing & supplying of prefabricated M.S.cabin at various stands, depots, parking places etc. in PMPML Jurisdiction area.

Item 2: Providing & Supply of M.S. Pre-fabricated Office cabin in size of 20’X8’X10’ with main entrance door, windows with MS safety Grill, with transportation all lead and lift, fixing/placing at site etc.all complete. Windows: 4 no each of size will be approximately 4’X4’ with projected weather shed. 1 No door of size 3’X6’ with locking arrangement and door closer will be provided with projected weather shed. Toilet: Inside the cabin 2 No toilet unit will be provided. One toilet will have entry from outside and another from inside. Overall approximately each toilet size will be 4’X4’. Toilet inside entry will have 1 no with locking arrangement. Inside 1 no EWC with seat cover and 1 Tap and 1 no small wash basin with 1 Tap will be provided with concealed piping in UPVC. Necessary louver for ventilation purposes and 1 No Exhaust Fan will be provided with 1 no LED light in ceiling. 1 No Mirror will be provided above the basin. 1 no Soap dispenser will be provided near basin. Another toilet will be provided with entry from outside with 1 door and locking arrangement. Inside the unit 2 No flat base urinal pots will be provided with stop and inside piping will be concealed type, 1 no small wash basin with 1 Tap will be provided with concealed piping in UPVC. Necessary louver for ventilation purposes and 1 No Exhaust Fan will be provided with 1 no LED light in ceiling. 500 litre overhead tank with required connections. Electrical: Total 6 no LED light in ceiling + 2 amp plug points + 2 cabin celling Fan of 300mm diameter with plastic body cover + 1 no bulk head outside the cabin. All wiring will be concealed type and with required MCB. Technical Specifications : Sr. Brief Description of the Technical specifications & Amenities 1 Base Frame: will be fabricated out of 100X50 Tube/channel and cross members also of same and MS Grid for floor will be 50X50X4mm thick MS angles 2’X2’. 2 Corner Post will be fabricated using heavy duty 50X50mm Tube with inbuilt lifting hook 3 Top runner for all sides will be fabricated using 50X50mm thick Tube with inbuilt lifting hook 4 Roof Structure: will be fabricated using 40X40 MS Tube with both side sloping. 5 Wall Structure: will be fabricated using 40X40 and 40X20 MS Tube 6 Outer walls: will be either 1.2mm thick MS CRC sheets OR2.5 mm thick ACP panels (as per your choice) on super structure will be fixed. 7 Inner wall paneling: 9mm pre-laminated boards will be fixed on MS pipes super structures. Clear height inside-10' 8 Insulation: rock wool insulation slabs will be sandwiched between outer skin and inner laminated boards. 9 Roof: GI pre-coated sheets will be fixed on roof structure and super structure. False ceiling: 9mm pre-laminated boards will be fixed on MS pipes super structures. 10 Flooring: 18mm thick cement fiber board/OR water proof plywood will be fixed to the main base frame grid work and overlapped with PVC carpet. 11 Windows & Doors as per your requirements. 12 M.S. CRC tube 30x30x2 mm for Advt. structre all along the cabin over head (Front and Two sides)
