Supply and installation of ITF certified 5 layers acrylic system with thickness up to 2.5mm. The flooring should be certified by international tennis federation (ITF) and should have application as 1st layer of primer (% 100 acrylic latex based emulsion to improve bond of acrylic court system to the asphalt surface having consumption ratio of 0.014kg/sqft), 2nd layer of acrylic resurflacer (fillling and smoothing asphalt or concrete surface in preparation for acrylic badminton court system . (B) E/M Work:-

Supply and fixing steel tubular pole, swaged, complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug,bolts, nuts, washer and screws including painting with two coats of of aluminium paints over one coat of red oxide primer on all exposed surfaces and tarring with black bituminous paints to portion embedded in PCC including numbering of poles with two coats of synthetic enamel paints, type 410-SP-44 (10 meter long) complete all as specified and directed. Note - Earthwork and PCC shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items.

Supply and fixing LED flood light of 200 watt 230 V AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP66 protection, with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and connected wire complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cross arms, bracing supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers,welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete.

Supply and fixing MCB SP 6 amps rating 240V, 10KA 'C' curve fix with junction box complete all as specified and directed at site.

Supply and fixing in replacement cable junction box with metric knockout for cable entry size 155x155x100 mm with terminals including syntech long entry thread metric (with one piece seling ring) and fixing on pole with 20x3 mm aluminium strip clamp with nuts, bolts and washers , electrical connections all as directed by Engr-in -Charge.

Supply and fix 1.5 Sqmm X 3 core copper conductor cable fix with junction box to flood light complete all as specified and directed at site.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x60 cm x6 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.5 mtr below normal ground level ) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to main earth lead GI strip 32 x 6 mm as earth strip by means of bolts ,nuts,checknuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel as shown in electrical plate No. 3, including exc , and earth work in any type of soil disposal of soil providing alternate layers of charcol and common salt construction of PCC earth chamber in mix 1:3:6 type C-1 with 40 mm thick 1:2:4 type B-1 cover reinforced with 8 mm dia MS bars both ways with lift hook made out of 8 mm dia bar,watering arrangement, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

The panel shall be dust and vermin proof. (c) Multifuction panel meter square type to measure three/single Voltage phase, load current, frequency, power factor kWh including necessary CT/PT of suitable ratio . : 01 Nos (d) LED Indicator lamp (R,Y,B) - Set of Three. OUTGOING :- (a) MCB 32 Amp 4 Pole, 415 Volt, - 02 (1 working and 1 standby) (b ) Street light timer using Power contactor 32 Amps, (1-NO) single phase of rating 20 Amps with suitable size of contactor.
