Supply delivery and storage at site of hot dipped galvanized octagonal pole of following specification [ as per IS : 2629, ISO : 1461 Length: 7Mtr , Top Dia : 70 mm, Bottom Dia : 130mm , Thickness – 3 mm, Base Plate : 200 mm x 200 mm x 12 mm sheet with 04 Nos M20 grade x 600mm EN -8 grade “ J “ type bolt. Bottom of the pole welded with base plate . Pole with base plate should comply as a shaft S355 as per BS EN 10025 Finishing : Hot dip galvanized to BSEN ISO1461. The pole is also fitted with sword type single arm bracket made of light class 40 NB GI Pipe of 1 Mtr Length. The pole should be fitted with internal junction box at suitable height with suitable locking arrangement. The pole should withstand wind speed as per IS 857 [ PT –III 1987 ] [Make- Any approved vendor of PHED ]

Supply,delivery and storage at site of 1.1 KV grade 2 core 16 sq. mm. XLPE insulated Aluminium Armoured cable conforming to IS:7098 (Part-I) 1988 with up to date ammendments. [Make- Any approved vendor of PHED ]

Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches or drains, in all sorts of soil (including mixed soil but excluding laterite or sandstone) including removing, spreading or stacking the spoils within a lead of 75 m. as directed. The item includes necessary trimming the sides of trenches, levelling, dressing and ramming the bottom, bailing out water as required complete.

Filling in foundation or plinth by silver sand inlayers not exceeding 150 mm as directed and consolidating the same by thorough saturation with water, ramming complete including the cost of supply of sand. (payment to be made on measurement of finished quantity)

Single Brick Flat Soling of picked jhama bricks including ramming and dressing bed to proper level and filling joints with local sand.

Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging upto 4 m using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams and columns, lintels curved or straight including fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of works (upto roof of ground floor) (a) 25 mm to 30 mm thick wooden shuttering as per decision & direction of Engineer-In- Charge.

Controlled Cement concrete with well graded stone chips (20 mm graded nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement with complete design of concrete as per IS : 456 and relevant special publications, submission of job mix formula after preliminary mix design after testing of concrete cubes as per direction of Engineerin charge. Consumption of cement will not be less than 300 Kg of cement with Super plasticiser per cubic meter of controlled concrete but actual consumption will be determined on the basis of preliminary test and job mix foumula. Reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all sorts of structures including distribution bars, stirrups, binders etc initial straightening and removal of loose rust (if necessary), cutting to requisite length, hooking and bending to correct shape, placing in proper position and binding with 16 gauge black annealed wire at every intersection, complete as per drawing and direction. (a) For works in foundation, basement and upto roof of ground floor/upto 4 m

Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary (Ground floor).[Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface] (i) With 1:6 cement mortar (a) 25 mm thick plaster

Neat cement punning about 1.5mm thick in wall,dado,window sill,floor etc. NOTE:Cement 0.152 cu.m per100 sq.m.

Earth work in filling in foundation trenches or plinth with good earth, in layers not exceeding 150 mm. including watering and ramming etc. layer by layer complete. (Payment to be made on the basis of measurement of finished quantity of work) (a) (a) With earth obtained from excavation of foundation.

Erection of the octagonal pole along with its accessories as in Sl. No. 2 in newly constructed foundation by engaging skilled personnel and necessary tools and tackes to complete the work as per direction of the EIC.

Laying of above supplied cable as in Item no 3 in underground trench 460mm wide & 760mm av. Depth with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 nos bricks per mtr including electrical connection to the muffing box filling of space between the brick & cable & also the trench with shifted soil, leveling & ramming complete.

Supply, fitting fixing compression type cable gland with brass gland with rubber rings for dust and moisture proof entry of above cable.

Finishing the end of the cable of item no.3 by crimping method including supplying and fixing dowels solder less socket tapes and jointing materials for above supplied cable.

Supply, delivery and storage of 100 watt road light luminaries with high power LED and unique peanut lens to ensure uniform distribution, higher spacing between poles and maintenance free system, ideal for road width upto 8 Mtr. [Make- Orient ( LSFS-100-C-PC) / Any other approved make of similar spec. ]

Supply & drawing of 2 x 2.5 sq. mm PVC insulated copper wire from joint box to bottom of LED fixture at the top of the pole and making inter connection complete.

Earthing of Loop Box by spike earthing (20mm x 2Mtr) with 8 SWG GI wire as per IE rule.

Supplying and fixing of 50 mm dia medium gauge GI Pipe (ISI-Medium) for Protection with necessary fittings and jointing metarials as required for road crossing of cable including cutting of the metal road by necessary arrangement and mending good damages after completion of the work.

NB:- 1) Size of the RCC foundation for Octagonal pole will be as per standard drawing of the pole manufacturer. 2) All materials should be procured as per actual site condition . 3) Measurement will be taken as per actual site condition
