Demolition of Cement Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level)

PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates aggregate, as in foundation filling and mass concrete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulders masonry built in cement or cement lime mortar incl all quions, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in CM 1:4 all as specified and directed

All as per description of item No- above but except bricks complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Brick work with old size curved on plan to any radius in half brick wall built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

M &L for brick work with old size fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4,Complete all as specified and directed.

PCC M-15 (nominal mix) as in surface channel and drain complete all as specified.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitered/stopped ends etc complete.

M&L RCC(Nominal mix M-25) in Beams, cantilevers,bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span

M&L mild steel bars TMT 8mm dia and over cut to length bend to shape ,binding with 0.9mm dia annealed wire.

Ditto but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups spacers and binders

M&L Formwork to Rough finished concrete surfaces flat sides and soffits of roof beams, lintels, cantilever shelves for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete etc

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete surfaces in any description etc incl raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc all as specified.

M&L Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair/other then fair faces of brick work or conrete surfaces finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified.

M&L Two coats of cement base paint on newly plastered surfaces of walls including preparation of surfaces all as specified.

Dismentling post or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion in Concrete and making good disturbed ground.

Dismantling fencing wiremesh any type.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 Cum, getting out, returning, filling in and rammed earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and making good in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Mild steel posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified & directed.

Preparing the new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint all as specified.

Galvanised, (hot dip) 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and directed (each line wire to be measured)

Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5cm long, 5 to 10 mm diameter of shank, complete all as specified and directed.

Restraining rescuring of incl making good staples the old galvanised steel barbed wire any dia incl securing or tying at crossings as directed

Supply only Chain link MS galvanised fencing of wire square mesh size ( nominal pitch of wires) all as specified

Fixing only chain link fencing in cl line wires any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc incl provn of binding wire.

M&L paver tiles of size 300x300mmx25mm thick or equivalent size as in machine pressed set ,jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry over and including screed bed 20mm thick in CM 1:6 complete all as directed by engineer in charge.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block 60 mm thick (Factory made rubber moulded) with grey cement and pigment any shape and size conforming to IS-15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade fixed all as specified and directed .

S&F Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade all as specified.

M&L 75mm thick plain cement concret type C-2 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in flooring finishing concrete surfaces even and fair all as spd and directed.

Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation
