Complete removal of existing treatment and scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots including cleaning of any mortar drops, fungus efflorescent salts etc on wall,ceiling, roof projections including facia, cornices etc by scrapping with mechanical sander (having mechanical vaccum mechanism) with sanding pad of appropriate grit to make surface clean,free from dust, loose paint etc; by skilled labour complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for waterproof cement based putty @ 1 Kg(undiluted) per sq mtr. of thickness 2 mm over the plastered/old painted wall after scrapping to prepare the surface even and smooth complete and sanding of the putty surface with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 240 Grit or above to make the surface free from dust etc; by skilled labour as per following steps :- (i) Mix the putty powder by adding water as per manufacturer instructions and mix it with putty mixer with the mixing capacity of min 2.5 kg putty per minute. (ii) Apply the first coat of the prepared mix with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application having flow speed of max 6 ltrs per minutes with a maximum pressure 3300 PSI. (iii) Allow 6-8 hrs time to dry the putty surface. (iv) Apply the subsequent coat of the prepared mix with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application having flow speed of max 6 ltrs per minutes with a maximum pressure 3300 PSI to achieve the minimum required thickness. Note:- For application details follow instructions of item No 04 complete all as specified and directed.

M&l for applying two coats of oil bound distemper on walls using Airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr the spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage and certified by paint manufacturer and as mentioned in PS and accessories for applying distemper should be able to spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of distemper on the surface complete all as specified and directed. Note (i) : Sanding of surface to be done by mechanical sander with 1500 - 2700 rpm, with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by paint manufacturer. Proper masking to be carried out before primer and paint application) complete all as specified and directed. Note (ii) :- (a) The work pertaining to periodical services and water proofing shall be executed by authorized applicator through manufacturer of which the materials, ie; paint, distemper, putty etc; is proposed to be used by the contractor and approved by GE. (b) Cost of scaffolding upto 10m height of building shall be included in the quoted rate, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coat water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion on walls of approved colour with silicon additive and color stay Technology, Excellent Dirt Pick up resistance with low VOC less than 50 gram/ litre as per the LEEDS specifications, Anti Algal properties in two coats @ 1.79 ltr (undiluted)/ 10 sqm diluted with water as per manufacturer instructions applied over priming coat with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI.Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in both the coats of paint complete all as specified and directed. M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls and cornics by complete removeal of existing treatment by applying water and scrapping of entire thickness of exsting treatment with using steel scraper complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying 3mm (average thivkness) wall care putty to wall surfaces to achieve smooth finish complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of oil bound distemper on walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying one coat of oil bound distemper on walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old wooden surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old steel surfaces of any description over 10cm girth or widhth no otherwise described and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.
