Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within all lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge complete including carriage of material within all leads and lifts.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level 1:1.5:3 (1cement : 1.5coarse sand): 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in- charge

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works

Providing and fixing polycarbonatd tranparent sheet 2.0 mm thick in roofing with galvanised J or L hooks bolts and nuts with G.I. Limpet and bitumen rubber washer complete with all accessories as required as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carrage of material within all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10mm gap for thermal expansion including carriage of material within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge:- Single socketed pipes 110mm diameter.

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix :1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand) including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1.00mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts:- Old work (One or more coat applied @ 0.90ltr/10 sqm).
