Earth work in excavation in foundations, trenches, etc.in all kinds of soils, not exceeding 2 metres depth including dressing of bottom and sides of trenches, stacking the excavated soil, clear from the edge of excavation and subsequent filling around masonry, in 15 cm layers with compaction, including disposal of all surplus soil, as directed within a lead of 30 metres (HSR 6.6)

Dismantling Concrete: dismantling re-inforced brick or R.B./R.C work including re-inforcement with cleaning and straightening and cutting of bars if required (HSR 8.6(f))

Cement Concrete 1:4:8 with brick ballast 40mm nominal size in foundation and plinth. (HSR 10.36)

Cement Concrete 1:11/2 with stone aggregate 20mm nominal size in first storey upto 4 meters above plinth level.(HSR 10.60)

Cement concrete 1:1-1/2:3 with stoneaggregate 20 mm nominal size for RCC complete (HSR 10.82+10.95 a)

First class brick laid in cement sand mortar 1:5 in foundation and plinth.(HSR 11.3)

First class brick laid in cement sand mortar 1:4 in foundation and plinth.(HSR 11.4)

Cement pointing 1:2 deep variety on brick and tile work.(HSR 15.60)

Fe-500 EQR/TMT steel bars for R.C.C. works, where not included in the complete rate of R.C.C. including bending, binding and placing in position complete in all respect. Note: - Reinforcement shall be measured in length including hooks, if any, separately for different diameters as actually used in work, excluding overlaps. From the length so measured, the weight of reinforcement shall be calculated in tones on the basis of IS : 1732. Wastage, overlaps, coupling, welded joints space bars, chairs, stay, hangers and annealed steel wire or other methods for binding and placing, shall not be measured and cost of these items shall be deemed to be included in the rates for reinforcement)(NS).

Providing & fixing retro reflective hazard marker confirming to IRC79: 1981 of size 900 x 300 mm with back support of M. S. angle 25 x 25 x 3 mm and post of 50 x 50 x 5 mm, 1500 mm high embedded into 0.3 x 0.3 x 0.3 m M20 grade concrete as per site requirements, using non-metallic micro-prismatic retro reflective sheet confirming to IRC: 67-2012 type IV specification fixed on 3 mm thick aluminium composite. Material sheet as base board with pressure sensitive adhesive having 0.5 mm thick Aluminium on both sides. (of reputed make such as Array Dennison/3M). Note:- In case of any difference in the unit & nomenclature of any of the HSR items depicted in this DNIT and that given in HSR. the unit and nomenclature given in HSR Shall be applicable. ii) In case of any difference in the unit of any Non- schedule items depicted in this DNIT and the Conventional unit of that N.S Item as per practice in this department the conventional unit as per practice shall be applicable.
