   (I)Firms having infrastructural set up at KGP wagon shop for supply of liquid oxygen are only eligible to participate in the tenders. (ii) Firm to enclose current and valid MOU with SER of infrastructural set up of pipeline at Kharagpur wagon shop.

   Bidder are reminded to carefully go through IRS conditions of contract (included and uploaded along with the bid document) particularly those pertaining to Code of Integrity, Misdemeanor and penal measures. If two or more bidders are found to be sister concerns or affiliates (having common partner/director/promoter/owner/holding company decision control, etc.) the offers of all such sister concerns are liable to be rejected as per relevant provisions of IRS terms and condition.

   SD will be applicable as per attached SER GCC . The firm on which PO will be placed, if fails to supply goods as per the contract as amended time to time the purchaser shall have right to levy damages as General Damages (GD) from the supplier for failing to comply with contractual conditions by way of penalty of 5% order value.
