Excavation in trenches in soft/ loose soil not exc 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for laying of cable, errection of poles,stay and pipe line, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm thick in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus materials to a distance not exec. 50m and deposing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying Sand coarse dry as in cushioning of under ground electric cable in trenches, laid to a uniform thickness of 23 cm (15 cm under the cable & 8 cm over the cable) and gently punned down to 18 cm thickness all complete as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying brick protection with sub class 'B' bricks (Old) Size) laid flat in trenches as cable covers protection to cable all as specified and directed

Supply and lay cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, elect power cable (heavy duty) 1100 volt grade with stranded aluminium conductor including taking down old U/s cable,brick complete all as specified and directed. of following size:- Note : Excavation, earth work, sand cushuning,brick and pipe shall be measured and paid separetely under respective item of the schedule.

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 60/70watt230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete.

Supply and fixing LED flood light 100 watt 230 V AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP66 protection, with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp.

S&F in replacement new Aluminium tube lugs after cutting the damaged portion of the cables checking the electrical connections for any loose contacts after crimping of lugs all as diected by Engnr-in-Charge for following size of cables :- Note :Cost of lugs, insulation tape and connected T&P shall be included in quoted unit rate.

M&L for disconnecting all incoming and outgoing cables from LT Panels and refreshing all connections by replacement of carbonised lugs including taking out sand from the trenches and refilling fresh sand for cushioning of the cables and reconnecting the cables to the busbars with new GI Nut bolts after wrapping the busbars with PVC tape as per standard colour code checking all thimbles,working of contactors MCCBs ,indicators ,wiring kit all as directed and reassembling and testing for smooth functioning of Relays timers ,and electronic parts complete.NOTE: (i) Cost of lugs,glands,PVC tape and GI nut bolts deemed to be included in the quoted unit rates.

M&L for Attending and rectifying any type of external electrical complaints by electrician and helper, disconnection of jumpers, blowing off fuse, breaking of conductor or any other type of fault (HT and LT) in North camp, Tech area , south camp , Happy Home ,71 RMU ,820 SU, PJ Enclave, Begum Bazar , 14 P&SU and other area as directed by engr-in-Charge. Note :-1. The contractor will be responsible for safety, security and upkeep of installation and manpower deployed as per MES standard of installation. 2. All Tools and plants like Plier, Screw driver, tester, test lamps, Multi meter, Bamboo Ladder etc for rectifying the fault occuring in 11 KV/430V/230 V VCBs, 11 KV GODs/DO fuses at Two/four Pole structure and LT Connection from Pole to main DB will be provided by the contractor. 3. All type of minor Part ie rewirable fuse / DO fuse etc shall deemed to be included in quoted rate.4. Each job contains minimum five complaints.

Locating of fault in HT Cable 185 Sqmm & 240 Sqmm 3 core by hiering of fault locating machine for finding the fault of defective 11 KV HT cable at different locations complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of automatic streetlight control switch using of three phase of 25 kw with 3 nos contractor , 3 nos incoming MCBs and 3 nos outgoing MCBs of 40-63 amps each and circuit wiring of min. 16 sqmm of infrared sensor based nature swtich for automatic swtiching of street lights. Nature swtich operation should be based on natural light lux level. Required illuminance level for switching ON is < 60 lux and for switching OFF > 10 lux. The sensor should also have part night operation facility of min 4 hrs to max 12 hrs. The Sensor along with suitable power contractor and incoming - outgoing MCBs should be enclosed in a pole/wall mountable rust proof, elcetric shock proof , termite proof and FR grade SMC enclosed conforming to IP 54. The circuit should also have provision for manual operation (i.e. Sensor by- pass option) and

Supply & fixing in replacement of contactor suitable for any type following size

Supply in replacement of Digital time switches, 415 Volts 3 phase suitable for existing timer panel complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of DIN type HN fuse link following size

Taking down old retrived existing busbar chamber and supply & fixing and testing of bus-bar chamber indoor type single door made of 2 mm thick factory made sheet of suitable size fixing inside the existing wall with , 4 Nos alluminium strip mounted on insulator, 100 Amps, of size 460 mmX 250mmX100mm long including all incomming and out going connections with lugs of suitable size etc. complete with MCB SP 6 Amp to 32 Amp.

M&L in replacement for junction box with single door made out of 2.0 mm thick mild steel CRCA sheet of 20 cm x 15cmx 10cm duly fixed on pole at the hight of 1.20 mtr from ground level with the help of beacket of flate iron including nut bolt and washer including painting with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including all incoming & out going connections and taking out old/unserviceable junction box complete comprising of the following :- (a) Aluminium bus bar 20 A-04 Nos.

M&L for Painting of 9 m steel pole with cross arms, clamp of any length and shape for LT overhead line/ Street light with two coat of aluminium paint including preparation of the existing surface including marking pole numbers in a 15 cm dia yellow circle & marking three blue & two white bends width 30 cm by fluorescent paint, from bottom of pole to 1.5 Mtr height, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for disconnecting all incoming and outgoing cables from APFC Panels and refreshing all connections by replacement of carbonised lugs including taking out brunt parts from APFC panels working of contactors MCCBs ,indicators ,wiring kit, capacitor banks all as directed and reassembling and testing for smooth functioning of Relays timers ,and electronic parts complete.NOTE: (i) Cost of lugs,glands,PVC tape and GI nut bolts deemed to be included in the quoted unit rates.

M&L for taking down old unserviceable, LT panel board , Supply , installation ,commissioning,and testing of suitable size out door type cubicle panel board suitable for 3 phase 4 wire 415 V , 50 Hz factory made CPRI approved of outer shell made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet powder coated including MS angle section 50x50x6 mm frame of suitable size with louvers & air vent, gasket for natural air flow ,vermin proof , the bottom of outer shell contains a detachable plate having provision for entry of armoured cable of adequate size with glands outer shell with IP-54 . Inner shell shall be made out of 2.0 mm thick CRCA sheet and including the following :- (a) Aluminium busbar chamber TPN of 400 Amps rating (set of four strip) - 01 No.(b) Phase indicating lamp - Set of three. M & L for cutting of grass, roots touching, falling on elcet pole upto top of pole including clearing the site complete. Note cutting of grass, roots shall be done only at places/ spans where all are existing around elcet pole

Note :- Credit shown in credit schedule of tender document shall be considered by the tenderer while quoting the rates of various items. The same shall be recovered from various payment to contractor before handing over old material.
