Plum concrete work with 40 % cement concrete with 30 mm down graded stone metal and 60 % stone boulder of size 150 mm and above, placed in position as directed excluding shuttering if any. ii) (1:3:6) proportion

Providing and laying of Filter media with granular materials/stone crushed aggregates/brick aggregates /river bed materials satisfying the requirements laid down in clause 2504.2.2 of MoRT&H Specifications to a thickness of not less than 600 mm with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and provided over the entire surface behind abutment, wing wall and return wall to the full height compacted to a firm condition complete as per drawing and technical specification.(0.72 m3 of grit and 0.48 m3 of coarse sand)

Providing weep holes in Brick masonry / Plain /Reinforced concrete abutment,wing wall / return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V:20H towards drawing face. Complete as per drawing and Technical specifications.

Hire and labour charges for Shuttering with or without staging upto 4.0 m height using approved stout props with wooden planks/ply wood/steel sheet plate with required bracing for any kind of plain or reinforced concrete works in all sorts of minor structure including culvert, box culvert, cross- drain etc. The rate is innclusive of fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of work as per specification and direction.

Reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all sorts of structures including distribution bars, stirrups, binders etc initial straightening and removal of loose rust (if necessary), cutting to requisite length, hooking and bending to correct shape, placing in proper position and binding with 16 gauge black annealed wire at every intersection, complete as per drawing and direction.(i) Tor steel/Mild Steel (iii) Other Manufactures not specified

Providing Steel anchor dowels at the base of the well including drilling holes upto 1 m. depth in rock, placing the dowels in position and effectively grouting the holes (25 mm. diameter steel rod of 1 m length grouted upto 1 m. depth) etc. Complete as directed by Engineer in charge.

Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary (Ground floor).[Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface] (ii) With 1:4 cement mortar.(a) 20 mm thick plaster. i) In superstructure, ground floor

Neat cement punning about 1.5mm thick in wall, dado, window sill, floor etc. NOTE:Cement 0.152 cu.m per 100 sq.m.

Non schedule item (Rate should be analysed from present market rates of different element in the item against documentary evidence with 5% overhead charge10% contrators profit & 1% BOCW Cess towards BOCWWA ACT 1996.IN that case contractual rate will not be applicable
