Replacement of corroded jalli structure over open wells in Mandakini Garden and on backside of Delay Decay Tank

Excavation in foundation / trenches / pits drains etc. in all soils upto a required depth not exceeding 1.5 mtrs. Including shoring and dewatering if necessary and refilling around foundation plinth and drain line with selected excavation earth in layers Not exceeding 250mm consolidating and disposing surplus earth out of hospital premises complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

CONCRETE BREAKING: Breaking of the existing concrete by chiseling at all level including scaffolding and staging and the work shall be carried out so as to cause minimum inconvenience to hospital activity including cost of all material, labour, tools etc. carting away the debris out of hospital premises all complete as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete using graced stone aggregate of 20mm max. size of grade 1:3:6 including consolidation using vibrator & needle if required finishing, curing, form work shuttering, centering etc. complete all as per specification and in quantity as & when required by the Engineer-in-Charge.

FORM WORK Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form

Cement Plastering with cement mortar 1:4 finished smooth with neeru over rubble masonry surfaces 20MM thick including pointing surfaces at all levels in quantities as required at site including scaffolding curing, etc.complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling steel work in all sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking at location inside campus as directed by Engineer in Charge.

STRUCTURAL STEEL WORK: At all levels and all sections including supplying, cutting, fabricating, welding or blotting, bending where ever required as per the design, erecting and fixing in position including painting with a primary coat of approved steel primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint, including cost of materials labour with chasing in wall or embedding in floor and making good all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing Anchor bolts of required size including nuts and washers etc.complete.

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 25x25 mm made of G.I. wire of dia 3 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge
