Dismantling, clearing away and carefully stacking materials useful for re-use for any thickness of walls

Dismantling & removing the existing Reinforced Cement Concrete work etc., by using required mechinaries including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50m lead, labour charges, as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Dismantling , removing and carefully stacking Doors & windows including removal of frames,hinges and fastenings etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.

CIVIL WORKS

Providing and constructing cast in situ hydraulic bored piles of 900 mm diameter in M30 grade concrete using blended cement - slag cement with minimum cement content of 400kg/m³ in accordance with the structural engineers drawings and directions, but exculding reinforcement including cost of mobalization of all necessary plants, equipment's like piling rigs, temporary casing of appropriate length for setting out cardinal points and the removal of the same, boring in overburden, using bentonite mud circulation technique or any other method duly through all strata upto the foundation level of piles etc., complete all as approved by the departmental engineer. Further include dewatering, placing concrete by tremie pipe method, disposal of bored material outside the site. Including Chipping carefully cut off portion of piles as required without any damage to the piles and dressing the top and removing all the debris away from the site with out any extra cost as directed including the cost of all tools, plants, conveyance, all labour, lead and lift required etc ., Conducting standard penetration test to identify the refusal strata for atleast 1 pile in group and atleast 25% of piles, comparing with refusal strata as indentified in soil report and providing socketting into refusal strata by 1.00mt or into hard rock by 100% dia of the pile. (Length of pile for payment shall be measured up to bottom of pile cap).

Vertical load testing on working pile in accordance with IS 2911 (Part IV) including installation of loading platform and preparation of pile head, Load materials etc complete as per specification and direction of Engineer. (tested up to 1.5 times of the safe load) - 900 mm dia Pile. ((Total Load x 1.5 )+ 25%) (Note: Conducting Load test as per Structural Engineer instruction / site in charge directions. )

Earth work excavation for foundation in Hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales murram, gravel,stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders and Sand, silt or other loose soil, wet sand,or silt not under water, light black cotton soil, sandy loam ordinary soil and to full depth as may be directed except in hardrock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering and baling out water and cleaning and levelling the site etc.,complete SS.20B 10 cum

Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (one part of cement, four part of Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand) and eight part of coarse aggregates) using 40mm size ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing, laying and labour charges and all incidential charges such as water providing etc., complete as per standard specification

Providing Pre construction Anti termite treatment for the building including all chemicals as per standard specifications. Labour charges for preparing the areas for treatment spraying chemicals and other incidential charges etc., complete. The rate shall be inclusive of giving anti-termite treatment to the building for the following four stages including breaking the termite mounds making holes with crow bars at an intervel of 12"to a depth of 8" in the periphery of building and pouring chemicals etc., complete as per ISI 6313-1981 and. The antitermite chemicals used should have 0.5% concentration with 3L solution for the entire operation etc. as directed by the Engineer incharge and including cost of chemicals labour transportion etc.,

Stage:1 Spraying Anti-termite treatement chemicals solution for the foundation before laying the foundation concrete bottom and sides of the foundation.

Stage:2 Spraying anti-termite chemicals solution to the grade beams level spraying has to be done for the grade beams brick masonry in the superstructure in contact with back fill earth.

Stage:3 Spraying anti-termite chemicals solution on sand for the flooring before laying the flooring concrete. The treatment has to be carried out on the sand filling the basement after leveling operation is over.

Stage:4 Spraying anti-termite chemicals solution around the building outside of the building by making crow bar holes at an intervel of 12" to a depth of 8" around the building before laying the plinth projection. This holes has to be be closed after the treatment.

Manufacturing supplying and fixing of Teakwood ornamental Entrance door of size 2.40 x 2.40m with the following specification. The outer frame of ornamental Entrance Door of size 150 x 100mm. Teak wood scantling. The door consists of openable area 2.20 x 2.20m with Double leaf. The each openable shutter consists of Top Panel for 1.50m height and bottom vertival panel in for a height of 90cm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with over all the edges of frame and shutter the shutter will be provided with spag multi power point locks and also it operates as handle. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiations free pin headed plain or brown olour glass 4mm thick should be provided to the shutter and it should not allow leakage of water even at most ranging storms and should have key lockable action, security protective hinges, strong locking systems and as per size for arresting noise and energy loss. The size and the shape of the concrete blocks had to be approved before sourcing / manufacturing the same. The aggregate used for the manufacture of the blocks ahsll be sound and free from soft apiecces . The proportion of thcoarse aggregate in the mix is typically 40 percent and the fine aggregate shall be 60% The size of the coarse aggregate should lie between 6mm and 12mm and the gradation should be in the recommended range for cement concrete mixes in general. The sand cushion 80mm thickness shall satisfy the following gradation table-1.The gaps between the two blocks shal be filled with relatively finer sand than the bedding sand of gradation as per Table 2 .
