Dismantling of water tanks 500 litres capacity of any description and removing to store, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F puff water tank 500 litres capacity, insulated cylindrical vertical type double layer duly filled with glass wool with closed top hoisted and to resist in temprature -30 degree to +35 degree celcius fixed in position with all fittings over PCC platform, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down 15 / 16 mm water supply tubing of any description and connections including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store etc, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down 20 mm water supply tubing of any description and connections including cleaning for re fixing or removal to store , complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F 20mm outer dia 3-layer PP-R poly-propylene random copolymer concealed pipes SDR 7.4 (PN-16) UV stavlized and antimicrobial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all PP-R plain & brass threaded polypropylene random fittings fixed complete to walls, ceiling or floors etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up 75/80mm CI pipe inluding all fitting with spigot and socket ends and lead joint incl burning out joint and recovering lead, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for Non-Skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and incl screed bed layer 15mm thick in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

-Ditto- but on verticle surfaces with over and incl 10mm thick back coat in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down cement of cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick cement plaster on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces with cement mortar 1:6 and finished even and smooth using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces with cement mortar 1:4 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement including with using water proofing compound, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for preparing new surfaces of walls, plastered or unplastered and applying 3 coats of white wash, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparing new surfaces, plastered or unplastered walls and applying two coats of cement base paints over one coat of primer, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Deduct Schedule of Credit of Rs (-) 21850.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule 'A' Part-II. Contract Sum shall be arrived after deducting the credit amount. Note :- Tenderers will not quote against this item being a firm amount.
