Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced of any description and in any position, not otherwise specifically provided for and Material and Labour for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0, using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates for filleting, benching, slightly rounding or chamfering on edges, filling undulations / depressions in roof surface, providing concrete platform for tanks wherever required complete all as sepcified and directed.

Taking down / removing existing water proofing treatment from RCC roof slab including removal of plaster bed below felt / membrane and disposal of the same to distance exceeding 50mtr but not exceeding 100mtr as and where directed and Material and Labour for 10 mm thick screeding / rendering in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete roof surface, using Water Proofing Compound @ 3% by weight of cement, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as sepcified and directed. Note: Water Proofing Compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only intergral water proofing compound complete all as sepcified and directed.

Material and Labour for Cutting out cracks to "V" section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out wetting grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 complete all as sepcified and directed

Material and Labour for cleaning the plastered /concrete surface of roof with wire brush and applying water proofing treatment as under:- (a) Apply a uniform coat of primer at 0.70 kg/sqm over cement plaster. (b) 3 mm thick and weighing not less than 3.6 kg/sqm Atactic Polypropylene Polymer (APP) modified bitumen - based prefabricated five layer water proofing membrane reinforced with non woven polyester black matt finished over compatible primer at 0.40 Ltr/sqm of required density at 25 degree centigrade 0.87 to 0.89 kg/litre and viscosity 70 to160 cps or cold sticker and torch application of membrane with 10 cm overlap both ways after necessary preparation of surface complete as per manufacturers instructions. (c) Apply two coats of bitumastic - aluminium paint over the membrane.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level ) complete all as sepcified and directed

Material and Labour for waterproofing treatment to RCC sunken slab complete all as specified and directed as under. Make: PIDILITE , Dr Fixit or equivalent. (a) Clean the sunken portion of toilet/Bath/WC/Kitchen thoroughly to remove laitance, dirt, dust etc (b) Form angle fillet of size 40 mm x 40mm along the junction of wall and floor using polymer modified mortar ("Dr Fixit" Pidicrete URP" or equivalent) (c) Sanitary pipes entering through walls and floor shall be sealed with " Dr Fixit Bathseal Tape" and the gaps to be grouted with non-shrink cementitous grout " Dr Fixit Bathseal Gruot" or eqvt . Nahani traps , etc to be fitted securely and the gaps around it to grouted in the same manner. (d) Apply one coat of a Bitumen- modified polymer coating " Dr Fixit Bathseal Plus" or eqvt on all angle fillets by brush and cover it with 100mm open woven mesh when it is still wet. Apply second coat of the same coating on the angle fillets and allow it to dry completely. (e) After completing plumbing work in the toilet/WC/Bath/Kitchen floor, tiling work (floor and dado) can be carried out using suitable Tile Adhesives and ready to make tile grouts of Approved makes such as Dr Fixit, FOSROC , SIKA, MC BUCHEMIE, ROFF etc , all as specified and directed.(Note:- Tiling work will be measured and paid separately). (f) After 2 to 3 days, sunken portion must be overlaid with a 50mm thick concrete screed M 15 type B0 mixed with integral WPC (Liquid) laid to slope 1:60 towards outer face of wall. Provide 40mm OD UPVC pipe at the lowest point with 300mm projection beyond the outer face of the wall. Then fill up the sunken portion with lean concrete 1:5:10 type E2, complete all as specified and directed. (g) After completing plumbing work in the toilet/WC/Bath/Kitchen floor, tiling work (floor and dado) can be carried out using suitable Tile Adhesives and ready to make tile grouts of appd makes such as Dr Fixit, FOSROC , SIKA, MC BUCHEMIE, ROFF etc , complete all as specified and directed.(Note:- Tiling work will be measured and paid separately)

Material and Labour for PCC (1:5:10) type E2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in mass concrete or as in sunken portion or floor complete all as specified & directed

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing coat) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for 25 mm thick PCC 1 :2 : 4 type B0 ( Using 12.5 graded stone aggregate) as in base of floors complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
