Excavation in trenches for laying under ground cable, errection of poles and stays in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter deep and getting out complete all as specified and directed by Engr–in–charge.

Supply and laying Sand cushioning to under ground cable in trenches/existing cable trenches/ducts in layers of 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm deep after laying and stretching the cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Supply and laying Brick covering with width equal to length of brick as mechanical protection to cable with well burnt sub class ‘B’ bricks laid dry flat complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Removing surplus excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 meter above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Repair and maintenance of street light / perimeter light / security light / Garden lights/ flood light fitting HPSV/LED any type/make installed on LT / HT poles, building by means of replacing any unserviceable parts as and when required complete with labour including taking down, dismantling, reassembling and re-fixing the fitting at its original location with proper alignment and making good all defects including replacing of nuts/bolts/PVC connections etc and keep the light fitting in working condition through out the period of contract at one time payment complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Defective / worn out parts/ fittings measured and paid seperately as supply only relevant items.

Repair and maintenance of High mast light fitting any type/make installed on HT poles,by means of replacing any unserviceable parts as and when required complete with labour including taking down, dismantling, reassembling and re-fixing the fitting at its original location with proper alignment and making good all defects by replacing nuts/bolts/PVC connection etc and keep the light fitting in working condition through out the period of contract and one time payment shall be made for the same complete all as specified and directed. Dismantling of old unservicable bus bar chamber and S&F Design, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of outdoor type LT Bus Bar Chamber box, platform mounted, suitable for 3 phase 4 wire, 415 volts AC supply and having 4 Nos stepped type Aluminium bus bars (32mm x 5mm) for looping & branch connection system .The chamber shall be painted with powder coated paint (Shade : RAL-7032) after 7 tank pre-treatment of surfaces. The bus bar chamber shall be provided with suitable Neoprene rubber gasket to make it completely dust and vermin proof and degree of protection not less than IP-55 and general construction conforming to IS : 13947.

The bus bar chamber shall be made out of 3.00mm thick CRCA mild steel sheet and 3.00mm thick gland plate , front door (01 layer) and rear Door (01 layer) opening facility and 4 side slanting canopy type roof on top and mild steel channel (75 MC) base frame at bottom. The bus bar chamber shall be provided with ventilation facility in the form of louvers for better heat dissipation.

(Note : The bus bar chamber Box shall be designed in such a way that adequate workable space is made available inside the compartments and the size of the chamber shall not be less than 500mm height (without base frame & canopy), 500mm width and 450mm depth).

Dismantling of old unserviceable doors, back sheets, side sheet of LT panels, bus bar chamber or feeder pillar box installed at various places by cutting/descrewing after making the system disconnected from Elect supply and M&L for fabrication of doors/frames/ partition, bottom sheet by bending hot or cold, making holes, notching, welding of MS black sheet for LT panel board, bus bar chamber, feeder pillar box made out of 2 mm thick mild steel sheet including providing hinges for opening or closing of door, making handles, locking arrangement and painting of sheet both side with superior quality smoke grey paint after applying a coat of red oxide and matching with the existing complete all as specified and directed by the Engr - in-charge at site. Note : The cost of disconnecting of LT cable and earth strip and reconnecting the same after repair work shall be deemed to be inclussive in the unit quoted rates.

Taking out old unserviceable LT XLPE / PVC insulated armoured cable of any size from trenches wall/roof including taking out of brick layer and sand from trenches itc for checking its serviceability for reuse and relaying the same after repair the cable after jointing the cable all as required and directed at siet and as specified and as directed. Note : straight through joint and other material will be paid seperately.

Disconnecting, dismantling of old unserviceable motor control panel/ Feeder pillar box and Design, supply, erection, commissioning and testing of indoor type motor control centre, suitable for 25 HP, submersible motor pump set, platform mounted, suitable for 3 phase 4 wire, 415 volts AC supply and having 4 Nos stepped type main copper bus bars of 200 Amps, looping & branch connection system shall be made with suitable rating copper bus bar/ suitable size copper wire having sleeves of colour coded .The Motor control panel shall be painted with powder coated paint (Shade : RAL-7032) after 9 tank pre-treatment of surfaces. The submersible motor control Panel shall be provided with suitable Neoprene rubber gasket to make it completely dust and vermin proof and degree of protection not less than IP-55 and general construction conforming to IS : 13947. The motor control Panel shall be made out of 2mm thick CRCA mild steel sheet and 2.00mm thick gland plate , front side operable, single door and rear Door (01 layer) opening facility, mild steel channel (75 MC) base frame at bottom. All incoming/outgoing MCCBs/ starter shall be marked with location and rating of MCCBs. The Feeder Pillar shall be provided with ventilation facility in the form of louvers for better heat dissipation in and including dismantling of old unserviceable LT Panel complere and including the followings :

CONTROL WIRING : All control wirings shall have to be carried out with 1100 volts rated FR grade PVC insulated multi-flexible type copper wire of cross sectional area 1.50Sqmm and shall be properly bunched, tied and dressed, ferrule marked for proper identification and crimped with suitable size and type of tinned copper lugs and shall be wrapped with PVC spring type tube near the door hinges.
