The complete system consists of (a) Vacuum regulator (b) Measuring Glass Tube (c ) Ejector (d) PF tubing (e) Spanner with cylinder opening key (f) Ammonia Gas (Liquid for leaking test) (g) 1’ dia PVC pipe with PVC fitting, ball valves etc. (h) 2 Nos. chlorine gas cylinder capacity 100 Kg. duly certified and approved by BIS and Explosive Department Govt. of India (i) Electronic Chlorine gas leak detector with sensor and hooter (j) Full face mask with canister as per technical specifications issued by Head Office, PHED, Haryana Memo No.-23070-23142 dated 28-02-2024

Designing, providing, testing and commissioning of genset of 10 KVA 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 cycles 415 plus (-)1% volts AC alternator coupled directly through a set of flexible coupling on a common MS fabricated base frame with engine complete with suitable size incoming cable from generator to change over/AMF panel for chlorine gas dry scrubbing system complete as per following detailed scope and specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge. The rating should be at 1500 RPM. a) Engine b) Alternator c) Battery 24 v. d) Base Plate. e) suitable sq mm suitable core copper cable upto 40 metres. f) Tools, standard panel g) Overload protection for DC-1 No. h) Battery Charger 24V DC i)Copper bus bar of suitable size j) KWH meter 96 sqmm size k) Starting fuse button and key switch (on/off) and other required accessories complete in all respects to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge

Comprehensive maintenance of complete system under this DNIT in all respect including replacement of any part and consumables including reagents of original make , general insurance of system, SIM data cost, network and cloud storage etc for 1st year after trial period of three months and defect liability period of one year
