Dragging of ST/PCC Pole digging of pit erection of sub-station type double pole structure on ST/PCC Pole with fixing of necessary item such as Top Channel, along with grouting (As per RESPO Norms) Dropper Channel, 11 pin insulator with Pin & 11 KV Disc Insulator with fitting, DO Fuse set its ramming, as per RESPO Specification. Only Pole and insulator will be Provided by the Department.

Fabrication, erection of double pole for end terminations/sectional double pole, 11 KV line on ST/PCC Pole with fixing of necessary clamps & other accessories like 1 nos top channel 100x50 mm 2.24 m. 1 No. Guarding Angle. Its grouting in ratio 1:4:8 plinthing 300 mm above ground level, earthing of support & one side cable expose.

Dragging of ST/PCC Pole to pit site, diging of pit erection and grouting (As per RESPO Norms) of 11 KV line with fixing of necessary item, such as V-type X-arm, F-bracket, 11 KV Pin insulator, Gaurding angle (1.8 mm 65x65x6) with Nut & bolts its ramming as per RESSPO Specification. Only Pole and insulator will be Provided by the Department.

Dragging of ST/PCC Pole from Dump Store to pit site, diging of pit erection and grouting (As per RESPO Norms) of LT support suitable for laying of ABC Line on 8.5 Mtr Long PCC Pole by providing of necessary eye hook/Lt Shackle insulator with Clamps and its accessories etc. as per RESSPO Specification. Only Pole will be Provided by the Department.

Grouting & Nuzzling of 11 KV stay set complete including fixing of necessary clamps. Accessories required including its grouting by civil material (Sand, Brick blast & cement). All material except stay wire shall be supplied by the contractor.

Ordinary earthing by 11 KV MS earth Rod 2500mm long as per RESPO Schedule. All material except earthing wire shall be supplied by the contractor.

Laying Stringing & sagging of 3 Phase 3 wire 11 KV New Line on DOG conductor as per RESPO Specification and direction on E/I. All material exept DOG conductor shall be supplied by the contractor.

Laying Stringing & sagging of 3 Phase 3 wire 11 KV New Line on ACSR Wesal/Racoon conductor as per RESPO Specification and direction on E/I. All material exept ACSR wesal/Racoon conductor shall be supplied by the contractor.

Guarding of HT line by GI wire. GI wire shall be supplied by the department.

Proper laying & commissioning of (3x50/3x95/3x120 sq.mm) XLPE Aerial Bunched Conductor. Only ABC Provided by deptt.

Fixing of Single/Three Phase distribution boxes/Kiosk on the LT poles including all clamps and material required for mounting connections & sealing. Only distribution box Shall be supplied by deptt.

Digging of pit suitable for 3x70 sq.mm LT XLPE cable 3x70 sq.mm. laying. After LT XLPE cable laying refilling by Bricks & sand as Per RESPO Norms. Only LT XLPE cable supplied by Department.

Digging of pit suitable for 3x300 sq.mm 11 KV XLPE cable laying. After 11 KV XLPE cable laying refilling by Bricks & sand as Per RESPO Norms. Only 11 KV XLPE cable supplied by Department.

Digging of pit suitable for 3x185 sq.mm 11 KV XLPE cable laying. After 11 KV XLPE cable laying refilling by Bricks & sand as Per RESPO Norms. Only 11 KV XLPE cable supplied by Department.

Laying of 3x185 sq.mm 11 KV XLPE cable by drill method as per RESPO Norms. Only 11 KV XLPE cable supplied by Department.

For Railway/river/cannel/Road/drain crossing in Hume pipe 200 dia by drilling single circuit 3x185 sq.mm. XLPE Cable ( All the material required for laying will be supplied by the contractor except 11 KV XLPE cable)

Laying of single 11 KV 3x185 Sqmm XLPE Cable by drill method in HDPE Pipe 125 mm dia (All material will be provided by contractor except 11 KV cable).

Cable Hosting of 11 KV 3x185/3x300/3x185 sq. mm XLPE Cable at the following including jumpering etc complete with help of GI Pipe as Per RESPO Norms. GI pipe and other required material shall be supplied by contractor.

High pressure testing of 11 KV 3x185/3x300/3x185 XLPE cable along with arrangement of High Pressure equipment.

Well type earthing of with 60 Fit Deep borring and providing GI Pipe 1.5" dia ("B" Class) and earthing must be joint by G.I. Strip of 32x5 mm thick long attached with nut & bolts and GI pipe cap. All material and labour shall be supplied the contractor.

Construction of T/F plinth of size 2x2x1.2 mtr with the help first class brick & masonary in the ratio 1:4 cement & sand coarse. Filling the structure completely per norms with RCC to 1:2:2 cement & stone grit with MS bar and MS channel for resting transformer.

Wiremess fencing of 11/0.4 KV S/S shall be made of rectangular of size as per site requirement not exceeding 3 meter fabrication 45x45x5 mm angel the frame is also have 1 no. Horizontal runner of MS flat 40x5 welded in middle to support of wire mesh. Rectangular welded type wire mess of size 50x25 made of 12 S.W.G. wire mess shall be welded all along the periphery of the frame as well as on horizontal runner to give extra strength of welding to wire mess welded on the frame. Diagonal bracing of all the frame panel will be welded with Ms flat of size 25x3mm to support as per RESPO specification & direction of E/I.

Construction of masonry/metalic type distribution pillar of size 1x1.5x2.5 mtr. with supply & fixing of fabricated 4 nos. doors (2ft.x4ft.) made of BP sheet of 18 SWG with locking arrangement, 2 Nos. Straight MS angle 50x50x6mm (1800 mm olng) 2 nos. 500 Amp, 3 Nos. 300 Amp henely Type Tailess Funse Unit, 3 Nos coper bus bar of size 1000x50x6 mm and one No. Alum busbar 1000x50x6 mm including all civil material required for work. All material shall be supplied by contractor.

Fabrication, errection & commissioning of 250 KVA T/F on Plinth with all accessories. All material except 250 KVA T/F shall be supplied by the Contractor.

Fabrication, errection & commissioning of 100 KVA T/F on Double Pole with all accessories. All material except 100 KVA T/F shall be supplied by the Contractor.

Fabrication, errection & commissioning of 63 KVA T/F on Double Pole with all accessories. All material except 63 KVA T/F shall be supplied by the Contractor.

Fabrication, errection & commissioning of 25 KVA T/F on Double Pole with all accessories. All material except 25 KVA T/F shall be supplied by the Contractor.

Eearthing of RMU pipe type with 60 Fit Deep boring and providing GI Pipe 1.5" dia (60 fit GI pipes) and earthing must be joint by G.I. Strip of 25x5x6 mm thick long attached with nut bolts, clamp, L-piece and GI pipe cap. All material and labour shall be supplied the contractor.

Construction of RMU plinth of size 1.5x1x1 mtr with the help first class brick, sand & cement including plastering and other work required for complication of work in all aspect. All Material shall be supplied by contractor.

Dismantling of 100/160 KVA T/F opening jumbers, LT cable and Other accessories of T/F including Safe loading, unloading Carriage from site to JE dump Store/Center Store.

Dismantling of 63 KVA T/F opening jumbers, LT cable and Other accessories of T/F including Safe loading, unloading Carriage from site to JE dump Store/Center Store.

Dismantling of 25 KVA T/F opening jumbers, LT cable and Other accessories of T/F including Safe loading, unloading Carriage from site to JE dump Store/Center Store.

Dismantling of 10/16 KVA T/F opening jumbers, LT cable and Other accessories of T/F including Safe loading, unloading Carriage from site to JE dump Store/Center Store.

Fixing and laying of LT PVC Cable 1x400/1x240//1x400/1x630 sq.mm as per RESPO Norms

Lopping & Chopping of tree branches for clearance of HT/LT line. After clearance of line through out pieces of tree branches of site.

Dismantling of LT/HT line and other electric accessories including rolling back its conductor, wire, including stacking & transpiration of these materials form site to JE dump store/Central Store Daliganj, Lucknow.

Shifting of Store Material i.e. Rail /Joist etc with d help of crane at suitable place in store distance 100 mtr approx and again shifting at same place after completion of work.

Welding of riser strip with earth mat and structure body (One set means one riser strip welding to main equipments).

PLINTH OF 10 and 5 MVA.33/11 KV T/F Construction of plinth of size 4x4 Mtr. for 10 an 5 MVA T/F having 0.4 Mtr. above ground level . The work including excavation of foundation base concreting in CC 1:6:12 ratio (cement ,fine sand & brick ballast)first class brick work in cement morter of ratio 1:4 foundation CC in 1:4:8 ratio (cement ,fine sand & brick blast) and RCC working ratio 1:2:4 (cement ,coarse sand and stone grit of 20mm gauge using MS Bars of 10mm dia( tor ) in reinforcement including its cutting ,bending &binding in required shape .The work also includes laying of 2 No. 4.0 Mts. long each rail pieces complete with cutting & proper fitting etc. The plinth will be made as per drawing and shall be plastered/ finished on top and sides of the plinth .

FABRICATION ,ERECTION & GROUTING OF S/S STRUCTURE.

ISOLATOR STRUCTURE:- Fabrication of isolator structures 3.5 Mtr. In height as per drawing No. RES 39.Digging of two Nos. pits of size 1.075x0.9x0.3 Mtr. providing stone pad at the bottom of the pit and grouting pad at the bottom of the pit and grouting of two legs of the isolator structure in CC (cement coarse sand and stone grit of 20m.m gauge)of the ratio 1:4:8 in block of 1.075Mtrx0.3 mm including supply of all T&P complete in all respect. Both plinths of the isolator structure shall be properly finished with smoothening of edges.

LIGHTENING ARRESTOR /C.T.STRUCTURE:- Fabrication of lightening arrestor/CT structure/.as per drawing No. Res-39 Digging of two Nos. pits of size 1.075x0.3x0.3Mtr providing stone pad at the bottom of the pit and grouting of two legs of the above structures in CC (Cement, coarse sand and stone grit of 20mm gauge ) of ratio 1:4:8 in block of 1.075Mtr X0.3Mtr including supply of all civil material complete in all respect. Both plinths of the structures shall be properly finished with champering of edges etc.

PLINTH FOR VCB

Construction of plinth of size 2.0 mtr x 1.5 mtr x 0.9 mtr suitable for erection of upper structure for 33KV VCB including grouting of anchor bolts in proper alignment and level. Scope of work includes excavation of foundation base concreting in CC 1:6:12(cement, fine sand & brick ballast ),1st class brick work in cement mortar of ratio 1:4 CC in ratio 1:4:8 and RCC work in ratio 1:2:4(cement coarse sand and stone grit of 20mm gauge )as per drawing.

ERRECTION & INSTALLATION OF 33/11KV,10 and 5 MVA TRANSFORMERS :-

Erection and installation of 33/11kV,5 MVA transformer in a levelledposition on the plinth. The work include shifting of transformer to the site of installation within the substation premises, assembling fixing and fitting of all accessories and filling of transformer oil to the desired level and insuring that there is no leakage. All the jumpering & connection are included in the scope of work.

Earthing by way of boring and lowering of "B" class GI pipe 50mm dia from ground upto the water level (minimum 40 meter deep) as per standard practice

Fabrication and grouting of M.S Angle 75X75X6 mm in L shape & in proper size and alignment to provide support for the two separate earthing strips for power transformer neutral including supply and fixing of two nos. Flexible copper bonds for neutral earthing.

Fabrication and erection of cable support made of two pieces of M.S channel 100x50mm,3.0 Mtr.long joined to each other by means of 5 Nos. M.S Flat 50x6mm pieces of size 150mm long each by welding at equal intervals as per drawing and grouting in a block of size300x300x700mm complete with one coat of ready mixed primer and two coats of aluminium paint. This includes providing of four nose M.S clamp made of M.S flat holding the cable including nuts and bolts and fixing of XLPE Cable.

INSTALLATION OF ISOLATORS

Assembling and installation of line /bus isolator on the isolator structure adjusting of opening mechanism in proper alignment so as to ensure smooth operation of the same in case of line isolator proper operation of earth links shall also be insured. The work includes fabrication for proper flexing if required.

INSTALLATION OF LIGHTENING ARRESTORS

Assembling and installation Mounting of 3Nos (1 set) lightening arrestors on the L.A. Structure/ complete with making earth connections(separate)and line connections the work includes fabrication for proper fixing earthing of LA with G.I. Strip.

INSTALLATION OF CT

Installation of 3 Nos.(1 set) CTs on the CTs structure . Along with C.T. J/B. The work includes fabrication for proper fixing if required.

INSTALLATION OF VCB Installation of 33 KV IC and OG VCB complete work including commissioning.

INSTALLATION OF VCB Installation of 11 KV IC and OG VCB complete work including commissioning.

INSTALLATION OF SWITCHGEARS IN CONTROLROOM

Shifting carefully & safely 11KV I/C & O/G switchgear from outside of the switchgear room, as per direction of Engineer incharge, placing and fixing of switchgear on foundation providing G.I, Nuts & Bolts of proper size in proper position and alignment and checking, complete work with Mounting of P.T on incoming S/G.

Fixing and making bus bar connections in between all switch gearsafter cleaning and tapping with H.T.Tape,empire tape and PVC tape properly, providing and fixing of 6 mm thick Bakelite separators and plugging of all opening & holes with plastic compound complete work including cost of all material (except copper Bus Bars)strictly to the satisfaction of site in- charge.

Shifting carefully, installation & commissioning of 33KV single circuit transformer control panel in control room including grouting of above.

Jumpering of all new installed equipment with bus bar with ACSR panther conductor including supply of PG clamp & connector etc.

Construction of cable trench of size 300x300 mm including brick work 1:4 in wall of the trench brick ballast work in 1:5:10 on foundation plaster 12 mm thick with coarse sand 1:4 and surface finishing with cement : providing MS strip at an interval of 0.5 M & MS angle running on both the edges of trench (M.S.Strip Shall be provided by the contractor).

Construction of welded frame type control cable trench cover 0.5 M long suitable for trench (SI. No. 28)including cost of M.S.Steel /Torr Bar.(M.S.Steel /Torr Bar.Shall be provided by the contractor).

Laying & Fixing of following size copper. control cable through underground/cable trench/trench in SGR interlinking through proper connections/transformer control panel/protection board /Battery and Battery Charger/Buchhjoltz Relay 33/11 KV Transformer junction box/ 33KV VCB ,CTs etc as per site conditions.
