Fabrictaion and Installation of structure for 3 MT Heavy Duty Electric Wire Rope Hoist Crane with 06 movement by using Rail Line /Channel at Aliganj Workshop, Lucknow.

Fabrication & Erection of Rail 18" Hieght with Top base plate of thickness 19 mm on the top of the Rail & Cross basing by 50'X50'X6' mm angle with existing Rail.

RCC Foundation work for vertical Rail column with cement & concrete in proper ratio 1:2:4.

Fabrication, Erection & providing of I Beam of size 200x100x6 mm (190 ft long) on the top of the newly erected Rail also fabrication & Erection by providing of MS squaqre bar of size 40x40 mm all along the top of the i section for holding the moving Trolly wheels.

Fabrication & erection of 2 No. moving Trolly with 4 wheels having 6 Ft. length consisting of One no. 1 HP Crompton make, two no. gear motor, 1 HP. All materials is to be provided by the contractor.

Providing & fabrication of I section size 200 x 100 x 6 mm with reinforcement of Channel size 125 x 65 x 6 mm of Spam size 28 Ft. Long for holding the hoist crane.

Installation of 4 stroke (movement) wire rope hoist crane provided by Department
