Overhauling and Gasket renewal of LP Heater 2/ 3 /4.a) Removing of water box and placing it on the repair bay.

b) Lifting of tube nest, placing it on the T.G. floor, inspection, cleaning of tube nest and shell etc

c) Preparation of gaskets for the tube nest, water box inlet and outlet pipe line flanges etc.

d) Providing new gaskets for the tube nest and placing the tube nest inside the shell.

e) Cleaning and checking of drip line Header Nozzle holes, Checking the tube nest for leak if any plugging of all punctured tubes, placing the water box on the tube nest and tightening of main flange, Condensate inlet and outlet flanges after providing new gaskets.

Overhauling and Gasket renewal of Gland Cooler 1 a) Removal of Water box, flange bolts and nuts, Condensate inlet and outlet flanges, lifting the water box, placing it on the floor and cleaning of all flange surfaces

b) Lifting of tube nest, Placing it on the floor, inspection, cleaning of tube nest and hydraulic testing etc.

c) Providing new gasket, for the tube nest and placing the tube nest inside the shell

d) Placing the water box on the tube nest and tightening the main flange, Condensate inlet and outlet flanges after providing new gasket

Renewal of Feed water tank manual gaskets, HP Heaters, Drip lines, and BFP Re-circulation lines flange gasket at Deaerator end cleaning inside the feed water tank .a) Opening of manhole cover of feed water storage tank both sides and gasket preparation for the manhole.

b) Inspection of trays and sampling lines and cleaning of feed water tank.

c) Changing of gaskets in HP Heaters drip line flanges and BFP's Re-circulation line flange at Deaerator.

d) Assembling of manhole covers with new gaskets after cleaning the old gaskets (Tag No. Deaerator feed tank and it’s connected Drip lines, BFP’s RC line flange)

Overhauling and Hydraulic testing and Re-assembling of Safety valve size 6”/8”/ 40/64 ATA Removing the safety Relief valve size 6”, 8” / 40, 64 ATA, Disassembling the Safety Relief Valve, cleaning all the parts of the SRV, checking the seating surfaces, Lapping the seat and disc for perfect blue matching. Setting the pressure for rated lifting the SRV with hydraulic pump. Reassembling the SRV with new inlet and outlet flange gaskets. (Tag.No. HP Heater’s SRVs = 8 Nos, Deaerator SRVs – 3 Nos, Total-11 Nos)

Overhauling Hydraulic test and Re-assembling of Safety valve of size 4”/2”/ 300 class. Removing the safety Relief valve Size 4’’, 2.5’’/ 339 Class from LP Heater, Gland cooler-I Flange & Stud heating system Disassembling the Safety Relief Valve, cleaning all the parts of the SRV, checking the seating surfaces, Lapping the seat and disc for perfect blue matching. Setting the pressure for rated lifting the SRV with hydraulic pump. Reassembling the SRV with new inlet and outlet flange gaskets.(Tag No- LP Heater-2,3,4 & GC-2- 4 Nos and Flange & stud heating SRV- 4 Nos Total-8Nos)

Inspection and Gasket Renewal of Main EjectorDisconnecting of all the steam pipe lines air lines and dismantling the nozzle box, Ejector shell, tube nest etc cleaning the tubes, water box, attending the tube puncture, setting and checking the nozzle gap, hydraulic testing of the tubes and assembling the ejector shell, tube nest, nozzle box, providing with new gasket connecting all the related pipe lines, overhauling of exit NRV and flow meter in main ejector as per direction of the Engineer in charge. (Ejector-2A)

Dismantling the Vent Condenser, water box and connected pipe lines, cleaning the water box tube nest flanges and connected pipe line flanges and renewal of gaskets, inspecting the tube nest for leak. Removing studs and nuts in the vent condenser main flange, condensate inlet and outlet pipe line and placing it on the platform. Removing water box, cleaning water box and shell flanges

Taking out the Vent condenser Tube Nest from the Vent Condenser Shell and tilting the tube nest for 180 degrees

Positioning the tube nest inside the shell and assembling of water box and all connected pipe lines after providing gaskets and tightening of all flanges stud and nut etc.(Vent condenser)
