M&L One coat of epoxy resin (FAIR BOND EP) on old concrete surface @ 0.30 kg/Sqm including preparation of surface as per manufacturer's instruction and applying 25 mm thick on ceiling, beams, chajjas & facia surface etc (average thickness) of cement and sand (fine grit) in ratio 1:4 mixed with chloride free sprey concrete plasticiser (spray crete) as per manufacturer's instruction with guniting machine of pressure capacity not less than 5kg per Sqm and finished the surface even & smooth in ready mix plaster min. 10 mm thick complete all as specified &as directed .

S&F galvanised welded steel wire fabric as extra reionforcement to RCC members like ceilings, chajja’s, beams, columns parapet walls, waste slab etc including all cutting and waste (wt not exc 4.00 kg/Sqm) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Elastomeric polymer (Brushbond RFX) modiffied cemtentitious waterproofing coating used for waterproofing of extg and new naked bricks surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Preparing newly plastered or un plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper with roller application over and including a coat of primer and two or more coat wall care putty to obtain smooth finish on new plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of oil bound distemper to interior with roller on old decorated wall surfaces over and including a coat of primer and two or more coat of wall care putty to obtain smooth finish including complete removal of existing treatment with mechanical means complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Preparing newly plastered or un plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying two coats of oil bound distemper with roller application over and including a coat of primer and two or more coat of wall care putty to obtain smooth finish on new plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
