The tenderer must have minimum average annual contractual turnover of V/N or 'V' whichever is less, Where V= Advertised value of the tender in crores of Rupees N= Number of years prescribed for completion of work for which bids have been invited. The average annual contractual turnover shall be calculated as an average of "total contractual payments" in the previous three financial years, as per the audited balance sheet. However, in case balance sheet of the previous year is yet to be prepared/ audited, the audited balance sheet of the fourth previous year shall be considered for calculating average annual contractual turnover. The tenderers shall submit requisite information as per Annexure-VIB of GCC April 2022 read in conjunction with Advance Correction Slip No. 1 dated 14.07.2022 (please refer to Annexure - P of this Tender Document), along with copies of Audited Balance Sheets duly certified by the Chartered Accountant/ Certificate from Chartered Accountant duly supported by Audited Balance Sheet.
The tenderer must have successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during last 07 (seven) years, ending last day of month previous to the one in which tender is invited: a) Three similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 30% of advertised value of the tender, or b) Two similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of advertised value of the tender, or c)One similar work costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of advertised value of the tender. (Format for submitting the technical eligibility criteria is as per Annexure Q of this tender document)
3.Similar Nature of work: Similar Nature of work for evaluating Technical Eligibility Criteria is defined as below: The tenderers should have executed the following similar nature of work: "Repair and rewinding / Manufacturing / Supply of Circular Electromagnet of 10KW and above capacity"
4.Work experience certificate from private individual shall not be considered. However, in addition to work experience certificates issued by any Govt. Organisation, work experience certificate issued by Public listed company having average annual turnover of Rs 500 crore and above in last 3 financial years excluding the current financial year, listed on National Stock Exchange or Bombay Stock Exchange, incorporated/registered at least 5 years prior to the date of closing of tender, shall also be considered provided the work experience certificate has been issued by a person authorized by the Public listed company to issue such certificates. 5.In case tenderer submits work experience certificate issued by public listed company, the tenderer shall also submit along with work experience certificate, the relevant copy of work order, bill of quantities, bill wise details of payment received duly certified by Chartered Accountant, TDS certificates for all payments received and copy of final/last bill paid by company in support of above work experience certificate. 6.Tenderers are advised to attach documents testifying the credentials submitted by them herein below: a)List of personnel, organization available on hand and proposed to be engaged for the subject work. b)List of works completed in the last seven financial years giving description of work, organization for whom executed, approximate value of contract at the time of award, date of award and date of scheduled completion of work. Date of actual start, actual completion and final value of contract should also be given. c)List of works on hand indicating description of works, contract value, approximate value of balance work yet to be done and date of award. d)In case of Item (b) above, work completion certificate from the organizations with whom the Tenderer worked shall be enclosed. In case of item (c) above, chartered accountant certificate shall be enclosed. 7.The tenderers shall submit a copy of certificate stating that all their statements/documents submitted along with bid are true and factual. Standard format of certificate to be submitted by the bidder is enclosed as Annexure - O of this tender Document (Annexure V of GCC April 2022 read along with Advance Correction Slip no. 2).In addition to Annexure-O, in case of other than Company/ Proprietary firm, Annexure - R(Annexure -V(A) of GCC April 2022 read along with Advance Correction Slip no. 2 ) shall also be submitted by the each member of a Partnership Firm / Joint Venture (JV) / Hindu Undivided Family (HUF / Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) etc, as the case may be. Non submission of above certificate(s) by the bidder shall result in summarily rejection of his/their bid. It shall be mandatorily incumbent upon the tenderer to identify, state and submit the supporting documents duly self attested/digitally signed by which they/he is qualifying the Qualifying Criteria mentioned in the Tender Document.

| 1. Lifting of defective circular magnet from RWF/YNK to firm's premises and bring back the same to RWF/YNK after the repair and rewinding of the defective magnet. To & fro transportation charges are under the scope of contractor. 2Opening of Bottom Cover & removal of Filler material from magnet. 3Removal of Faulty copper windings from the magnet, burnt scrap copper coil. - Released copper shall be retained by Firm. The rate quoted shall be considering the salvage value. The weight of copper released and the approximate price of this released copper shall be shared to SSE/EL/ASC & SSE/EL/WSC 4Cleaning of magnet housing. 5Preparation of new coils required for magnet as per original design and weight. For magnet coils special design foil coil would be used to have greater forge index and best heat dissipation. Copper used shall be with 99.99% purity. Test certificate for copper shall be submitted. 6Copper conductor should be of copper strips for electrical purposes and shall be free from burrs and will not have more than 2 joints in any single coil/cake. The joints shall be lap jointed and brazed all round. There shall be no joints in the portion of the coil immediately connecting to the leads for at least six turns. The last lap of the coil shall be reinforced with a phosphor-bronze strip. Application of Anti-moisture epoxy based Dr.Beck get coat red varnish. Class C red varnish. Class of insulation : Class 'C' Dupont Nomex Inter-turns. Body insulation shall be of Mica sheet. 7Annular space between the coil and magnet body shall be filled with filler material of silicon rubber compound class C, hermitically sealed. The filling compound shall be non-hygroscopic and shall have low co-efficient of thermal expansion and high thermal conductivity. The magnet shall be able to withstand the rise in temperature corresponding to the class of insulation and shall be easily removable during the repair of the magnet. 8Test coil continuity and coil resistance of magnet. Terminal lead shall be inserted in a Teflon bushing and to be terminated at new terminal block. Terminal block and top cover shall be repaired as per original design. 9Discharging the magnet by putting non linear resistor( surge suppressor) in the magnet gland box. 10Electrical Connectors- Plug in connectors made of 25mm2, 2 conductor type "W" magnet cable, 2000VDC rated for durability and ease of replacement. 11Seal Plate- Additional protection from moisture and impact is provided with a non magnetic manganese sealing plate. 11Testing of Magnet: Test Shall include: 1.Physical inspection 2.DC resistance measurement at Ambient temperature. 3.Magnet Insulation test using Megger 4.Heat Run Test 5.High voltage test by applying 2000V for 30 seconds 6.Magnet test on site using solid load on a test rig for tear off capacity check. 12Painting of Magnet before despatch. | — | — | — | 99,12,000 |
