Earth work excavation for foundation in all class of soils expect hard rock requiring blasting incluing cost and conveyance of all etc.. complete.

Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm HBG metal including watering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick., compacting etc., complete complying with standarad specifications and as directed

Brick Work in CM 1:5 mix using country bricks ground moulded of size 22 x 11 x 7 cm for the following including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Supplying & erecting centering for sides & soffiots including necessary supports & strutting up to 3.29 m height for plane surfaces in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheet of size 90 X 60 cm & 10 gauge stiffened welded with steel angle

i) Slab and Beam, column

ii) Column mate side

iii) Sunshade

Supplying and fabricating and placing inpoisition Mild steel/Ribbed tor steel rods for all RCC works including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors, complete complying with standard specification

Cement concrete 1:1.5:3 mix using 20mm ISS HBG metal for all RCC item of works excluding cost and rein forcement and fabricacating charges, centering and shuttering but including curing and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor or roof slabs

Finishing the exposed surface of RCC item of work such as slabs beams, sunshade, facia, canopy slab, staircase wiast slab etc., with CM 1:3, 10mm thick etc., completed complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers

Providing the following thickness of Granolothic Pattern floor finish with Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 mix using 10-12mm ISS HBG metal and the top rubed smooth etc., complete complying with standard specification as directed

Weathering course concrete using best quality broken brick jelly of size 20mm in pure slacked lime over the RCC rooh slab in the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32:12.5 by the volume and laid over a single layer and consolidated to the required dses

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 23 X 23 X 2 cm of approved quality laid in CM 1:3 , 12 mm thick with water proofing compound confirming to IS by 2% weight of cement used & the joint pointed neatly to full depth

Plastering with CM 1:5 12mm thick in all floors including curing etc., complete complying with standared spicifications and as directed by the departmental officers

Distembering two coats using best approved interiar oil distember with one coat primer over New plastered Surface including cost and conveyance of materilas and labour charges etc complete

Painting Two coats Approved plastic Emulsion Paint with one coat primer over New Cement Plastered surface including cost and conveyance of materilas and labour charges etc complete. Schedule Item No.359-B

Painting Two coats over New Iron works using best quality of enamel paint including cost and conveyance of materilas and labour charges etc complete

Supply of Steel door of size 0.90m x 2.10m with standard specification including all charges etc complete

Supply of Steel window of size 1.20m x 1.30m with standard specification including all charges etc complete

Supply of Steel ventilator of size 0.90m x 0.45m with standard specification including all charges etc complete

Supply and fixing of cuddapah slab for shelf including cost and conveyance of all materials to site complete
