M&L rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster on brick walls or concrete, surface in CM 1:6 and surface to be finished even smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified & directed

M&L for preparation of new plastered and applying two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion paint (Apex ultima or equivalent) over a coat of primer over 2 mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S & F in repair 3-in-1 wall CP mixer for mixing hot & cold water, fancy type screwed down for iron pipe of 15 mm bore complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repair central hole wash basin mixer with 450 mm long braided hoses system, brass (cast copper alloy), chromium plated, mixer hot & cold water suitable for wash hand basin, screwed down for iron pipes 15 mm bore, including taking down old valve any type complete all as specified and directed by Engneer -in-Charge

S & F in repair cabinet mirror of size 400mm X 500 mm fixed with PVC rawl plugs with chromium plated brass screws and cup washers complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 450 x 300 x 7 mm thick on vertical surfaces such as skirting / dados over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:4, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the floor all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc, laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 20 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cm 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking up or down steel tubing of size 15 mm bore dia and connections complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 25 but 20 mm dia pipe

S&F 15 mm dia galvanised steel tubing medium grade including necessary fittings like sockets, tees, elbows, reducers, unions etc fixed to walls / ceiling complete all as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving n.exc 15cm in thickness (below or above ground level) and including removal of debris from MOD land complete all specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base below floors all specified and directed.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand;

Taking down chowkhats or frames n.exc 1.5 sq. m each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) complete all specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames exc 1.5 sq. m but n.exc 4.0 sq. m each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) complete all specified and directed directed.

Taking down existing shutters of any description exc 1.0 Sqm but not exc 2.0 Sqm each all as specified and directed. (Note:- 'Refixing' includes taking down, easing and adjusting and also refixing builders hardware as required including renewal of unserviceable screws, etc.)

Supply and fixing of Fibre glass Reinforced plastic (FRP) door frame of required built in colour in three legged of cross-section 90mm x 45mm having single ribate of 32mm x 15mm to recieve shutter of 30mm thick including laminated door frame moulded with fire retardant grade unsaturated polyster resin and chopped strand mat(CSM) also door frame laminated shall be 2mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block of 2nd class hard wood in all three legs frame shall be covered with fibreglass from all sides MS stay flat iron 25mm x 3mm shall be provided at the bottom to steady the frame complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply and fixing of 30 mm thick glass fibre reinforced plastic (FRP) paneled doorshutter conferming to IS:14856-2000 of required colour and made with fire retardant grade unsaturated polyster resin,moulded to 3mm thick FRP laminated for forming hollow rails and style with suitable second class hardwood timber block inside at required places for fixing of fittings,cast molithically with 5mm thick FRP laminated for panels including fixing to frames,complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

S&F for framed work as in chowkats of doors windows of angle iron ,gates or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces etc conforming to Gde Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F for 35 mm thick 2nd class hard wood factory made plain framed, panelled shutter (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm B.W.P. commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS : 1003 (Part I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F for 35 mm thick 2nd class hard wood glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded. fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc.; sizes of me-mbers of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a) all as directed.

S&F for 100 mm long butt hinge, stainless steel medium weight complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F for 200 mm long aluminium anodised barrel tower bolt, of extruded sections complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F for 150 mm long extructed aluminium anodised handle, fabricated type complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing 100mm long butt hinges mild steel medium weight cold rolled including necessary welding etc. to steel frame complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F for 300mm long aluminium alloy, anodised, sliding door bolt type not less than 16mm dia fixed all as specified & directed by Engr-in- charge.

S&F for 300mm ordinary rat tail rod pattern springs including roller and roller plate complete mild steel fixed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F for stainless steel wire cloth 0.63 nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated wooden surface of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and apply two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer all as specified.

S&F in repair kitchen sinks with drainage board made of stainless steel 1mm thick with plugs, washers and wastes; including bedding in cement mortar on to dwarf wall or including fixing cantilever brackets and connecting union to waste pipe, overall size 915 mm x 460 mm bowl size 410mm x 330mm x 160mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair glass corner shelf with CP brackets and CP railingcomplete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of Brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layer on roofs and including rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition mud in roofs, any thickness, including plastering and leeping and including rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 40mm thick brick tiles laid flat joints grouted flush in cement mortar (1:3) bedded in 15mm th cement morter (1:6) mixed with 5% of curde oil by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Roof treatment to RCC roof as follows:- (a) Cleaning the roof surfaces thoroughly using wire brusehes to remove sharp projections, cleaning joints, washing, drying and removing all dirt/dust to receive concrete padding/plaster etc. (b) Providing 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:4) with WPC, finished even and smooth without using extra cement. (c) Providing one coat of approved bituminous primer @100 gms per sqm, over dried plastered surface. (d) Laying 3 mm thick APP membrane,(mineral finish) reinforced with non woven polyster fabric, by torch application. The overlapping while torching shall be 75 mm on longitudinal direction and 100 mm on the transverse direction complete all as specified and directed by E-in-Charge. Make : STP Dr Fixit/Pidilite, Texsa India Ltd/Tikitar Dansona/Bengal Bitumen/ M/S TORCHTAR MEMBRANE Notes : (i) All joints and change in directions should be covered wih cement mortar (1:3) mixed with SBR latex @ 200 ml/bag of cement/as per site reqmt and cured well before laying membrane by torching. (ii) All angles and abuttments should be sealed well with extra care to ensure full bondage. (iii) Water proofing treatment shall be got carried out by approved authorised applicator of manufacturer only. The name of firm shall be got approved from GE before carrying out the wk. (iv) The independent testing of membrane for technical parameters given in particular specifications shall be carried out from Govt approved labs having fascilities for testing of membrane. (v) The guarnatee of treatment shall be for min 10 yrs reckoned from date of completion of whole wk.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in roof kerbs or mud stops, and like rounded or chamfered on edges including necessary form work etc complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern) including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks etc., Note: measured overalll as fixed along the cente line over fittings and accessories)

S&F 110 mm dia PVC SWR pipe, single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed with clamps to walls all as directed.

S&F in repair for Rotational moulded polythene water storage tank 1000 ltr capacity vertical with closed top, ISI marked hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR part-I. including 20 mm bore PTMT float valve, connection nipple 2 Nos complete all as specified and directed..

M & L for 50 mm thick cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20 mm grade aggregate) as sub base/levelling course in floor, paving etc finishes even after fair complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note:- The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender, from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ
