Taking out /Dismantling of existing roof treatment of any description , any position over roof including taking out concrete of any description to a thckness as directed etc complete and including lowering down complete waste materials on a place where directed and including removal to a distance exc 250 mtr but n exc 500 mtr as directed .Note : The cost of lowering down and removal deemed included in unit rtae quoted by the tenderer.

M & L cutting out cracks to ‘V’ section in existing roof or terracing, cleaning out, wetting and filling solidly with hot mixture of bitumen and dry sand in proportion of 1:1 by weight complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for P.C.C 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in padding laid to slope over roof and surface finished even and fair etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting grooves in brick wall 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove sealed with cement mortar 1:3 complete and as directed.

M&L for P.C.C 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping or roof kerbs on roof chamfered on edge including troweling slightly complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete surfaces when concrete is still green including mixing of water proofing compound as per manufacturer instruction, surface finished even and fair enough to receive water proofing traetment etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound as directed.

M&L for applying water proofing treatment over roof with the following operations :- (a) Preparation of plastered surface by cleaning of surface to remove dust and cleaned with water and leave till to become surface total dry . (b) Applying first coat of bitumen primer conforming to IS-3384 @ 0.4Kg / Sqm on plastered surface (c) Applying APP based polymeric membrane 3mm thick (Minimum thickness) and weight not less than 3kg/Sqm , reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (wt not less than 150 gms/sqm) over on primed surface laid with 100mm side lap/end lap on prepared surfaces as per manufacturers instructions and under strict supervision of manufacturer's tenchnical representative etc complete and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4 for laying floor finish ( On roof) etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed cement concrete tiles 25 cm x25xcmx 22-25mm thcik ,set and jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors (on roof) , with grey cement and No pigment complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down existing steel tubing and connections including cleaning for refixing etc complete all as specified and as directed for 15 mm bore

All as per item No. 11 Above but 20 mm bore

Supplying, fixing, jointing and testing galvanised iron tubing 15 mm bore (ISI Marked ) medium grade with all fitting such as bends, elbow, socket, reducer etc and fixed to wall or laid in floor as directed complete all as specified and as directed .

All as per item No. 13 above but 20 mm bore

Fixing only old steel tubing and connections in new or old position fixed to wall, ceiling or laid in floor with new fittings for 15 mm bore ( Pipe obtained from taking down )

All as per item no. 15 above but 20 mm bore

S&F 500 ltr capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank (cylindrical vertical with closed top) ISI marked WHITE , triple layered construction hoisted and fixed in position including S&F 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade washout pipe 450mm long with plug and 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade overflow pipe 600mm long with fitting including taking down of exisiting unserviceable tank complete all as specified in SSR Part -I complete all as specified and as directed

Disconnecting of existing tanks setting aside ( lowering if required) for repairs ,cleaning etc and hoisting if required reconnecteing and refixing in position capacity exc 250 Ltrs but n exc 500 Ltrs

S & F in repair 20mm dia Gun metal gate valve with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs 20mm bore ball valve high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed (Minium weight 210 gms ), complete all as specified and directed

Dismantaling of PVC / AC / rain water / vent / waste pipes including all fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F, in repair 110mm bore PVC SWR pipe in any length with rubber ring joint laid in floor and wall etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F,110 mm bore PVC (SWR) bends any radius, provided with access door complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F (SWR) Junction single ( Single-T) equal or unequal 110 mm bore etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel work such as hold fast and stack clamp of shape and size required as directed with nut and bolts etc complete as directed.

Dismantling AC sheet ( Corrugated/Semi corrugated ) roofing with ridges as directed.

S&F 6 mm thick asbestos cement corrugated sheet as in roofs with half corrugation side lap fixed with L type or J type hook bolts and suitable washers etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.27 above but except sheet ( Serviceable sheet obtained from item No. 26 shall be re used )

S&F asbestos cement one piece palin angular ridgre 6 mm thick in pair and as directed Note: Pair shall be measured as one length .
