M&L for servicing of window type Air Conditioner 1.0/1.5/2.0 Ton capacity of any make including taking out the machine from its original location, removing the dust from body with blower, cleaning/ washing the condenser & cooling coil complete by using water and caustic soda, cleaning of entire elements of AC, oiling/ greasing to fan motor, checking all the connections and functioning of metal clad socket/ DP switch function of relay capacitors, overload protector, thermostat fan motor blade, fan/ blower drum, etc., checking serviceability, changing the air filter woolen felt for air tighting, refixing the machine at its original location, necessary testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for servicing of split type Air Conditioner 1.5/ 2.0TR capacity of any make including taking out the machine from its original location, removing the dust from body with blower, cleaning/ washing the condenser & cooling coil by using water and caustic soda, cleaning of entire elements of AC, oiling/ greasing to fan motor, checking all the connections and functioning of metal clad socket/ DP switch function of relay capacitors, overload protector, thermostat fan motor blade, fan/ blower drum, etc., checking serviceability, changing the air filter woolen felt for air tighting, refixing the machine at its original location, necessary testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & install in replacement of Indoor Unit only for Split AC of capacity 1.5/ 2.0 Ton including necessary accessories and connections complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully the Split AC from original location,shifting to other location and install the AC with copper tubing, filling of gas required, making hole in wall for copper tubing with all necessary connections and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall all as specified and as directed. Note : Gas & Copper tubing shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of this Schedule as "Supply only".

M&L for servicing of indoor & outdoor unit of split type AC 3.5/ 4.5 TR capacity complete with soda wash to condenser & cooling coil, cleaning of entire elements of AC, oiling/ greasing to condenser motor, cooling coil, blower motor, including taking out and refixing the machine at its original location complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for servicing to water cooler of any capacity after disconnecting the water cooler from electric and water supply, cleaning the condenser unit with use of liquid solution, cleaning the condenser coil, greasing the fan motor, checking/repairing the electric wiring throughly, cleaning of water storage tank, replacement of push cook washer, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair, charged new sealed unit compressor for refrigerator of capacity 286/310 ltr of approved make, 230Volts, AC including taking out old unserviceable, burnt out sealed unit compressor by means of unscrewing foundation nut & bolts, disconnecting from suction & discharge side mechanically and electrically including testing and charging the system with gas, etc., complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Gas shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of this Schedule as "Supply only". [Make : Hitachi/ Danfoss/ Kiloskar or equivalent as approved by OEM & GE]

M&L for preparation of old painted outside surfaces of Cold Storage Room located at various places by means of scrapping and filling cavities, etc., and applying two coats of synthetic enamelled paint by means of spray painting and writing SM/MES No., capacity, temperature range, etc., all as specified and as directed.

M&L in repair/replacement of aluminium chequered plate 3mm thick including aluminium strip of size 25x3mm fixed on floor over plywood inside the cold storage rooms located at various places with necessary supports and fixture & fittings like self threaded bolt, screws, etc., complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Plywood shall be measured and paid for separately as "M&L in repair/ replacement" under respective items of this schedule.

M&L in repair/ replacement of plywood grade boiled water resistant (BWR) proof, Type BB, 19mm thick, laying inside the cold storage rooms located at various places for preparation of floor surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install, test and commissioning in repair/ replacement hermitically sealed unit compressor 4.5/5 TR capacity as approved by OEM & GE suitable for working on R-22 gas including charging the system with gas, taking out old unserviceable hermitically sealed unit compressor 4.5/5 TR capacity, 3 phase, 440Volts, AC from outdoor unit of cold storage by means of disconnecting the suction and discharge refrigerant pipe line, electrical connection, etc., complete all as specified and as directed. M&L for servicing of online single phase UPS of 40KVA capacity of any make including taking out the machine from its original location, removing the dust from body with blower, oiling/ greasing to fan motor, checking all the connections and functioning of metal clad socket/ DP switch function of relay, overload protector, thermostat, fan motor blade, fan/ blower drum, etc., checking the serviceability including replacement of unserviceable spare parts complete, refixing the machine at its original location, necessary testing and commissioning all as specified and as directed. Note: 1. Servicing to be done by Authorised technician from manufacturer. 2. Transportation charges paid to be technician for journey carried out from/to mainland is to included in the quoted rate. 3. The bidder has to provide a warranty certificate for a period of 12 months from the date of servicing.
