M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not other wise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling brick tiles or terracing tiles single layer on roofs, complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of mud/ mud phuska in roofs any thickness, including plastering and leaping if any and cleaning the roof surfaces with wire brushes and removal of mud /mud phuska to a distance exc 250 M and n exc 500 M, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof padding including finished even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying oil bound bituminous primer at the rate of 0.4 Ltrs/sqm as per IS 3384-1986 on prepared surfaces. Surfaces shall be kept free till the moment, the primer is impregnated and the solvent oil in primer is evaporated, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying one coat of hot straight run bitumen @ 1.2 Kg/sqm of grade 80/25 confirming to IS-73 , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying 3 mm thick APP polymeric water proofing membrane of weight not less than 3.6 kg/sqm, black finish reinforced with non woven polyester matt, with a thermo fusible finish, torching overlaps with a propane or a butane gas torch, with a overlap of 75 mm at sides and 100 mm at the ends and sealing including applying a coat of cold emulsion bituminous primer, all as per manufacturer's instruction including preparation of surface. Note: The water proofing treatement shall be carried out by manufacture or theire authorised applicator duly apporoved by GE in writting.

cleaning all the dust and loose materials by brush/blower/grinding including removing of vegitation/plantation from the surface .M&L for the prepration of roof top surface. provividding and applying single component elastic cold applied polyurethane modified acryic roofing system co elastic technology (CET) bsed on modified polyurethane and fully fiber reinforced ,having Sun reflective index (SF)of 109 on top of concrete surface .all cracks up to 3mm at corner joints ,channels and parapet should be treated with crack seal ,Applying three coats including one coat of primer of shali Urethane BTD /Sikaelastic 560/smart care damp proof ultra having coverage @min 0.75kg/m2 and dilution upto 10% and laying reinforced fibre net and applying two coats for maintaining minimum dry film thickness 1.5mm and elongation at brack of free film of approx 350% .The material shall be applaid with brush or roller ,complete in all respect as per direction of manufactures instruction /Consultant (Note:-6Hr interval between two coats will be maintained) All auxiliary and accessories involved during application shuld be supplied by single manufacturer as a part of system. Note:The water proofing treatement shall be carried out by manufacture or theire authorised applicator duly apporoved by GE in writting.

M&L for 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar in cement mortar 1:6 for laying PCC tiles etc, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for pre-cast PCC tiles machine pressed of size 25cm x 25cm x 20-22 mm thick and joints grouted flush in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with integral water proofing compound (for screed bed and grouting of joints) as per manufacturer instruction, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparation of new APP surfaces and applying two coats of aluminium paint, all as specified and directed.

M&L for chipping of spalled and loose concrete and cleaning rust from reinforcement by sand blasting scrubing down concrete surfaces with wire brushes cleaning with water allow to dry and applying a layer of Zinc rich epoxy primer as an anti rust on all exposed reinforcement followed by a layer of binding coat of approved epoxy adhesive on complete exposed surfaces of concrete to be gunited and applying two layers of guniting over steel welded mesh 2mm dia of wire and aperture 75mm. Total thickness of guniting not exc 25 to 40mm (Avg thickness) in cement mortar 1:2 using OPC 53 grade cement mixed with polycreate mixture @ 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer's instruction and finally applying cement plaster over guniting surface of required thickness to give even, uniform and smooth finishes confirming to proper geometrics in cement mortar 1:3 to match the existing surfaces as in sides, soffits of the slabs, chajjas, fins, facias, parapets, linetls, columns and beams etc complete including necessary scafolding, shuttering, chasing to brick work or RCC members at any height upto 6 storied buildings including removal of all small trees/ shrubs etc , complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified.

M & L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles 300X450mm/600x300x7 to 8 mm thick in dado/skirting set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified.

M & L Non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7-8 mm thick (sqm/rect) area of each tiles exc 0.06 sqm but n exc 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed .
