Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:3:6 (1 cement, 3 crushed sand, 6 graded stone aggregate of nominal size 20 mm) including consolidation, finishing, curing etc. complete as per specification and drawings but excluding the cost of Formwork shuttering, centering and steel reinforcement at all Levels
Providing and laying in position Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) of grade M-30 using 20mm maximum size aggregates and crushed sand of approved quality including admixtures of approved brand and quality (plasticiser or super plasticiser) if required, including weigh batching, mechanical mixing, transporting, placing, vibrating, consolidation, finishing, curing etc. complete but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement complete as per specifications up to Plinth Level. Providing, fabricating and erecting form work (For Plant buildings and mass reinforced concrete work only) at all levels and places wherever needed/specified as per drawing including striking with 12mm Plastic coated, marine resistant waterproof ply with adjustable steel props of acceptable Staging system and with sufficient bracing as approved by Engineer in charge. Cost to include designing of proper form work and staging system to suit the requirements,Submission of design calculations and shop drawings for approval,sealing the joints with heavy duty brown self adhesive tape, aligning to line and levels including M.S. Labour charges for constructing Random Rubble masonry using Rubble Stone available at site in foundation and plinth in C.M 1:6 (using crushed sand) including cost of bond stones, raking out joints or simultaneous flush pointing below ground level / plinth level, curing etc. complete as per drawings and specifications. Note - Rubble stone for Random Rubble masonry will be supplied by department. It is availabe in stack within a distance of 1.5 KM obtained from item No- 1.Contractor has to made his own arrangement for transportaion of stacked material, Rate already included in this item

Providing 20 mm thick External plastering in two coats under layer 12 mm thick with C.M 1:4 (using crushed sand) finished with a top layer 8 mm thick in C. M 1:3 (using crushed sand) including approved water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer's specifications, sieving of sand to required fineness, scaffolding up to 10 metres height, finishing, curing etc. complete as per specifications. and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Joint shall be 20 to 25 mm wide including filling of joints with cement mortar and making grooves etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Note - Rough Shahbad Stone tiles material will be supplied by department. It is availabe in stack within a distance of 1.5 KM obtained from item No- 2, Contractor has to made his own arrangement for transportaion of stacked material, Rate already included in this item
Providing Structural steel work in M.S Plain Plates and chequrred Plates for Embedded Parts, Trench Covers, Connection plates etc.including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved zinc chromate steel primer etc.including cost of structural steel Plates, welding all labour charges etc. complete as per drawings and specifications. Using materials of approved manufacturers. (other than SAIL/ VIZAG/ TATA ) All test reports to be provided along with the supply of the materials

Labour charges only for fixing the posts in cement concrete 1:4:8 and fixing wire fabric chain link fencing of 50 mm x50mmx4mm thick with posts of specified material and of standard design placed steel wire fabric fixed between the posts fitted and fixed with G.I. staples / G.I bolts or tied to 6 mm bar nibs with G.I. binding wire complete all as per specifications and drawings and as directed at site. (cost of posts, welded steel wire fabric, painting, earth work excavation and concrete to be paid for separately) Note- This fencing will be fixed as a barricating during construction of wall sagment. Post and fencing will be supplied by department. Material will be issued from Civil maintenance workshop it will be a responsibility of contractor to retun the issued material to the same place.
