REPAIR/REPLACEMENT AND CLEANING OF SEWAGE LINE, MANHOLES, WC PAN, GULLY TRAP ETC IN AREA-IV OF AGE B/R (WEST) UNDER GE (WEST) COLABA, MUMBAI

Cleaning of blockage floor/nahani/bottle trap of wash hand basin/sink/bathrooms/kitchen by using hand pump with rubber bucket or by cleaning rod till clear flow of water is observed all, complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of blockage Water closet (WC) any pattern by using hand pump with rubber bucket or by cleaning rod till clear flow of water is observed all, complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of shaft / duct area up to 4.5 sqm each and getting out all grass, garbage, silt etc by manually and removing all material to a distance exc 250 mtr but not exc. 500 mtr away from site including spreading bleaching powder @ 1 kg per sqm complete all as directed at site. Note for Sri no. 1 to 3. (a) The scope of work includes attending day to day complaint. (b) The contractor/supervisor shall obtain complaint slip from JE/Engr-In-Charge on daily basis and report completion of complaint. (c) The sufficient manpower shall be deputed as per work requirement on daily basis as directed by Engineer in charge.

Removing the manhole (CI or RCC) of septic tank/sump well/manhole/soakage well any type or shape and desludging / dewatering of septic tank, Manhole and soakage well of upto 1.5 mtr depth by mechanical pumping by plugging inlet as required, making it fully functional to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in- charge including carrying the effluent and reinstating the manholes cover to its original position complete all as specified and directed. Note: - Cleaning of septic tank/ soakage wells/ manholes by suitable suction pump loaded vehicle / trailers available in the market and dispose effluent out side the defence land that shall be including the quoted rates.

(a) Cleaning and desilting of sewage lines of any size any any depth by pumping out /removing liquid waste/sewage ,plugging the ends pipes or diverting the flow into drains if necessary, removing silt, sludge etc, sprinking bleaching powder on the silt to avoid bad smell including all precautionary and safety measures, such as safety belts, lighting arrangements face mask etc and removing the same(silt,sludge &other waste material) in leak proof trucks covered with tarpoline to outside of MD land all as per existing rules and regulations of civil authorities and flushing the sewer lines with fresh water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (b) If required getting a honey sucker and cleaning the heavily congested sewage line. (c) JCB and other machinery required on special basis would be called on requirement basis. For (i) for 150 mm dia pipe line.

(ii) for 200 mm dia pipe line

(iii) for 300 mm dia pipe line

(a) Cleaning and desilting of manholes depth not exceeding 1.50 meter by pumping out/removing liquid waste/sewage and plugging the ends sewer pipes or diverting the flow into drains if necessary, removing silt, sludge etc, sprinking bleaching powder on the silt to avoid bad smell including all precautionary and safety measures, such as safety belts, lighting arrangements face mask etc and removing the same(silt,sludge &other waste material) in leak proof trucks covered with tarpoline to outside of MD land all as per existing rules and regulations of civil authorities and cleaning the manholes with freah water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge . (b) If required getting a honey sucker and cleaning the heavily congested sewage line. (c) JCB and other machinery required on special basis would be called on requirement basis.

Cleaning and desilting of manholes depth exceeding 1.50 m but not exceeding 3m met by pumping out/removing liquid waste/sewage and plugging the ends sewer pipes or diverting the flow into drains if necessary, removing silt, sludge etc, sprinking bleaching powder on the silt to avoid bad smell including all precautionary and safety measures, such as safety belts, lighting arrangements face mask etc and removing the same(silt,sludge &other waste material) in leak proof trucks covered with tarpoline to outside MD land all as per existing rules & regulations of civil authorities and cleaning the manholes with freah water etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing/cleaning of chocks/blockades of sewage of any size between manholes at any depth including pumping liquid waste/sewage, plugging and diverting the flow in the drain if necessary using Kampti/cleaning rods, choke removing machine etc and including taking precautionary and safety measures such as use of safety belts, dry cells, torch for lighting inside the manholes and drains etc including drains manholes on either side and sewers passing hole knots disc of required size and sprinkle bleaching powder at places from where they are removed etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
