Charges for cutting and dismantling the connected pipe joints of suction & discharge gas pipelines and also dismantling the connected U clamp supports by cutting, lifting the condenser 'B' approximate weight 1.5 Ton using lifting arrangement, chain blocks, shifting and bringing down and positioning near by (If necessary welding of hooks) at unit iv & v including the cost of all consumables, T&P hire charges etc., as per the direction of Engineer in-charge.
charges for lifting the condenser from repair bay of AC Plant at Unit IV & V (approximate Weight 1.5 Ton ) by using chain block and special lifting ements, re- fixing in existing position of condenser, fixing of U – clamps &welding of clamp with condenser of structural channels , tightening of bolts & nut after aligning and fixing in correct position , as per the direction of Engineer – In charge.
Charges for re fixing of suction and discharge refrigerant gas pipe line by re-welding, Charging Nitrogen gas, Pressure testing , Leak arresting if any, releasing the Nitrogen gas, Vaccumissing the system & commissioning of the condenser as per the direction of Engineer – In charge.
Charges for Loading and Unloading of existing Condenser from Unit IV & V AC Plant room to pocket stores.
