REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT OF PERIMETER SECURITY LIGHT TIMER SWITCHES AND OTHER MISC WORKS AT AFS MEMAURA

Labour only for checking of defective/non fuctional LED street/security light fittings of any type/capacity and making it serviceable by removing carbon at cable joints/ tighting loose cables including repairing of lights (if required) by repair/replacement of unserviceable spare parts after dismantling and taking down lights from its existing position and refixing the same after repair/replacement of unserviceable spare parts including re-assembling and testing complete all as specified and directed. (Note : a- Spare parts/component of street/security light fittings shall be measured and paid seprately under respective items. b: All T&P,safty measures and minor items like PVC tape, thimbles/lugs shall be provided by the contractor without any extra cost)

Supply only LED street light driver suitable for 35 watt to 90 watt LED fittings including connection all as specified and directed.

Supply only LED street light/flood light driver suitable for 120 to 250 watt LED fittings including connection all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement LED street light fittings 35/45 watt complete fitting having pressure dia cast aluminium housing with heat resistant toughened glass & IP 65 protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement LED street light fittings 60 watt complete fitting having pressure dia cast aluminium housing with heat resistant toughened glass & IP 65 protection complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out soft /loose soil complete all as specified and as directed for laying of under ground cable/pipe etc. complete all as specified and as directed

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil, complete, all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated material to a distance not exc 50 meter and depositing where directed at level not exc 1.5m above the starting point, complete, all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing sand cushioning with dry fine sand including filling, spreading, levelling in layers in cable trench with approved quality of sand for protection of under ground cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying & laying burnt clay bricks, sub class 'B', laid in trenches over cable protection complete all as specified and directed.
