Demolition of brick work masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with sub-class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M &L for brick work (except bricks) with sub-class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm stone aggreagate in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4, finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of drain covered with RCC precast cover slab of width not exc 1.50 m and depth upto 1.50 m including cleaning the grass, bushes, mules, silts manually from the bottom and sides up to 1.5 mtr both sides of drain at top edges of drain including removal upto 100 m including taking out RCC drain cover carefully and refixing the same after cleaning the drain complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of drain of width not exc 1.50 m and depth upto 1.50 m including cleaning the grass, bushes mules, silts etc by manually from the bottom and up to 1.00 mtr both sides of drain at the top edge of the drain including removal of the grass, bushes mules, silts etc up distance of 100 m complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 8.00 here-in-before but width exc 1.5 m but not exc 3 m and depth exc 1.50 m but not exc 3.00 m.

Providing of JCB with operator for levelling of the areas around the Runway/Taxi Track/Runway shoulders and cleaning of the grass/brushes etc where it will not be possible by mechanical/Jungle Zim.

Cutting of grass by manualy operated bush cutter machine of areas around various sign boards,Installation, post, DTGM and likes where mechanical means can not be deployed including cleaning away all grass vegetations, sampling shrubs, bushes, weeds and roots of trees etc and removing rubbish at low lying area at a distance exc 200 m from edge of runway / taxiway /dispersal complete all as specified and directed by Engr- In-Charge. Note : (i) Availability of working hours for cutting of grass will depend on Air Trafic Control (ATC) Unit . Nothing extra shall be admisible if intermittent working hours for cutting of grass are available due to operational activity. (ii) Minimum 03 Nos of bush cutter will be deployed by the contractor for the first three Months from the date of commencement of work, thereafter Nos of bush cutter will be decreased/increased as per requirement as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cutting the broken sides of PCC slabs, sides of pot holes in concrete surface, sides of joints (ie construction, dummy, expansion and raking out the cracks, depression in the slab to the depth and size, required as per site with hand tools upto hard sound surface old concrete including removing loose material to a distance exceeding 150 m and depositing the same as directed. The grooves is to be cleaned by means of compressed air to remove dust, loose sand , foreign materials and washing the grooves/surfaces with solution prepare with hydrochloric acid and water in equal proportion at the rate of 7 Ltrs per 10 Sqm in two applications and M&L for filling/making good the sides edges of PCC slab, sides of joints (Construction, dummy, expansion) and cracks/depression in the slab by applying a coat in two operations, resin primer (ISI mark) of 1.16 mm thickness @ 3.20 Kgs per 10 sqm with brush to ensure concrete surfaces fully wetted in two operations, resin primer to surfaces prepared for sides of edges/joint and slabs including preparation as per manufacturer's instruction one part of epoxy resin primer (ISI marked) mixed with 05 parts of clean quartz sand mixture both by weight and top finished as table top finish with zero difference levels, various depth are to be recorded in MB before filling the epoxy mortar at site complete all as specified and directed.

Repair to existing construction and dummy joints of size 10 mm to 20 mm wide and 25 mm deep on rigid pavement of runway , taxiway and dIspersal of air field with following activities : (i) Raking out old decayed/damaged existing sealing compound with backup rod of any description and cleaning the joints thoroughly by removing dust, dirt, foreign material by appropriate electric cutter and air blower. (ii) Removing the existing sealing compound from the edges , bottom and sides of the joints by cutting the edges, bottom and sides of the joints by mechanical tool (diamond cutter) to make the cross section of joint truly rectangular. Cutting of edges/sides/bottom of joints shall be done by using diamond cutter only . (iii) Once again cleaning the joints with compressed air and applying two coats of primer (with interval of 30 minutes between each coat) upto the full depth & width of the existing joints (iv) Sealing the joints with polyurethane joints sealant ( upto full depth of existing joint) all as per manufacturers instruction including applying masking tap on edges of joints to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surface and removing the tap after sealant is applied complete all as specified and directed. (v) The quoted unit rate deemed to include supplying and fixing of back up rod /slab of appropiate diameter / thickness as per site requirement. (vi) Electric supply shall be arranged by the contractor at its own arrangements.

All as per Item No 13.00 here-in-before but expansion joints of size 20 mm to 30 mm wide and average 25 mm deep.

Supplying and fixing 25 mm thick pre formed compressible filler board (HD-100) of required depth in expansion joint.

Demolition of cement concrete (Unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing the debris to a distance exceeding 1.50 km but not exceeding 5.00 km at the location shown by Engr-In- Charge complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour as per site thick pavement quality cement concrete work in pavement/Dispersal/ taxi link of flexural strength 4.5MPa in field using minimum 400 Kg of cement per cubic metre, mixed with non circular fibre synthetic reinforcement (0.25% of weight of cement or as per manufacturer's instruction), spread and compacted with plate niddle vibrator to thickness 350mm including necessary form work, finishing, belting , curing, brooming, numbering of slab and provn of joints etc complete all as specified and directed. Flexural strength shall be established by beam test and design mix formula should be compatible to as per IRC-44-2008, IS -456. Note :- (a) Non circular fibre synthetic reinforcement is inclusive and should be as per mix design (b) All type of joints shall be measured and paid separately. Curing compound will be applied at the paving stage after broom finish and surface is dry, and rate for use of curing compound shall be incl in quoted rate.. (c) No deduction shall be made from concrete for space occupied by construction and dummy joints. Deduction however be made for space occupied by expansion joints. (d) Minimum cement content per cubic metre of concrete shall be 400 Kg per cum. However actual cement content shall be worked out as per design mix and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. (e) The rate quoted shall be inclusive of use and waste of form work for total thickness. (f) The trial bay will be executed as per above specifications and shall be got approved from GE. The quoted rate shall be deemed inclusive for this provision and nothing extra shall be paid on this account. (g) Surface shall be finished by traverse brooming of maximum 1.5 mm deep as per ICAO

Surface excavation in soft soil n.exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of surfaces of roads, bituminous or rigid pavement, flexible pavings, aprons and the like exceeding 10 cm width or girth as in lines dashes, arrows, letters etc and applying one coat of aqua based road marking paint of any tint as required at site complete all as specified and directed.Note : (i) Availability of site and working hours for painting will depend on Air Trafic Control (ATC) Unit . Nothing extra shall be admisible if intermittent working hours for painting will be available due to operational activity.

All as per Item No 19.00 above but applying two coats of aqua based road marking paint as and when required by users complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Availability of site and working hours for painting will depend on Air Trafic Control (ATC) Unit . M&L for preparation of surfaces of roads, bituminous/ rigid, pavement, flexible pavings, aprons and the like not exceeding 10 cm width or girth as in lines dashes, arrows, letters etc and applying with one coat of aqua based road making paint of any tint as required at site complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Availability of site and working hours for painting will depend on Air Trafic Control (ATC) Unit . Nothing extra shall be admisible if intermittent working hours for painting will be available due to operational activity.

All as per Item No 21.00 above but applying two coats of aqua based road marking paint as and when required by users complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Availability of site and working hours for painting will depend on Air Trafic Control (ATC) Unit . Nothing extra shall be admisible if intermittent working hours for painting will be available due to operational activity.

M&L for preparation of old bituminous/concrete pavement surfaces by sweeping, removing foreign materials etc and applying a coat of white washing complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Availability of working hours for white washing will depend on Air Trafic Control (ATC) Unit . Nothing extra shall be admisible if intermittent working hours for white washing is available due to operational activity.

M&L for preparation of old concrete surfaces of any description and applying a coat of exrerior emulsion paint of any colour as directed complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in Charge.

Cutting of grass/vegitation by tractor with jungle jeem (machnical slasher) where ever required including removing material obtained from cutting up to 100 m from adjoining edge of runway / taxi-way complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (i) Contractor will deploy his own set-up of tractor with jungle jeem with POL and MT driver for cutting of grass. (ii) For three months as directed by ATC unit, the contractor will deploy 02 Nos tractor with 02 Nos jungle jeem per day for cutting of grass and there after 01 No tractor with one jungle jeem will be continue for the balance period. The number of tractor to be deployed per day may be increased or decreased as per Air Trafic Control (ATC) Unit requirement as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (iv) The Motor/Tractor will be run/operated by person having vehicle licence for heavy vehicle from the state transport authority. (v) Availability of working hours and site for cutting of grass by Jungle jeem will depend on Air Trafic Control (ATC) Unit . Nothing extra shall be admisible if intermittent working hours is available due to operational activity.

M&L for filling of pot holes of size of 20mm dia and 20mm deep in concrete surace and filling as per following process:- (i) Cleaning of surface by means of wire brush and removing the dust by means of compressed air. (ii) Filling of Bostik ERM or equivalent product of M/S Choksey Chemicals Pvt Ltd. or M/S STP Ltd as approved epoxy resin mortar as per manufacturer's instructions after application of epoxy resin primer with and including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for repair to concrete slab or pavement of existing damaged edges/spoiled edges to triangular/ rectangular corss section of width 15mm to 20mm and depth 30mm to 40mm, by machine cutting and removing all broken and loose material to a distance exc 50 metres but not exc 100 metres and cleaning the surface with compressed air to remove dust, dirt, loose sand, foreign material, washing the surface with acid solution and repairing surface/edge with Bostik ERM or equivalent product of M/S Choksey Chemicals Pvt Ltd. or M/S STP Ltd as approved epoxy resin mortar as per manufacturer's instructions after application of epoxy resin primer with and including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for sure bond self adhesive, cold applied polymer modified high tech bituminous instant Runway/Road crack sealing tape of 50mm width, fixing to runway cracks including using electrical brushes, airblowers to clean the crack and rolling the tape with traveller complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and as specified and directed.

M&L for single component "Aspha Flo' coal tar free signature grade Gilsonite modified Asphalt cmulsion, special polymers and adhesive streaming crack, joint stuffer to prevent cracks from forming into pot holes and filling of cracks and joints on asphaltic surface of the runway shall be complete to be applied directly on damp pavement also and coverage shall be 24.20 mtr/ltr for 6mm (width) 6 mm (depth) crack complete all as per manufactures instructions and as specified and directed.

All as per item no 29 above but size of crack 13mm x 13 mm and coverage 6.05m/ltr complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and as specified and directed. (Make for item No 29 & 30:- M/S Srijan System Pvt Ltd or equivalent as approved by GE)
