Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5m wide and not exc. 1.5m in depth; for foundation etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth in any type of soil and getting out, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar, internal dia of pipe 150mm, complete all as specifed & directed.

Concrete bed to 150mm bore drain pipes including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid in cement concret 1:4:8 (Nominal mix) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate, and tested, complete all as specified & directed.

Salt-glazed stoneware drain pipe, internal dia of pipe 150mm, laid in trenches and jointed in cement mortar (1:1), complete all as specified

Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid & jointed complete with collars, bore of pipe 150mm, complete all as specified & directed.

PVC (SWR) pipes, 75mm dia, single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to wall, fixed in repairs complete all as specified & directed.

PVC (SWR) pipes, 110mm dia, single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to wall, fixed in repairs complete all as specified & directed.

Cast iron soil, waste and vent pipe, sand cast, 100mm bore in any length with or without ears with cement joints, laid in trenches or in floors, fixed in repairs, complete all as specified.

110mm bore PVC (SWR) bends any radius fixed in repairs, complete all as specified

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc., but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified.

Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type-B0 using (12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) for benching, coping etc incl necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone surfaces etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, as in internal/external surfaces of manholes, septic tank, filter bed, outlet drain etc, complete all as specifed.

Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions, finished even and smooth without using extra cement as in manholes, septic tank, filter bed, outlet drain etc, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Integral water proofing compound shall be measured & paid seprately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound, complete all as specifed.

Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and disposal of unserviceable material, debris and rubbish to a distance not exc. 100m, complete all as specified and as directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6, nominal mix, type C2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in surface channel and drains including necessary formwork, complete all as specified.

Material and labour for providing plain cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (Reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and disposal of unserviceable material, debris and rubbish to a distance not exc. 100m, complete all as specified and as directed.

Precast cement concrete 1:2:4 (nominal mix), type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in landings, cover slabs (for manhole etc.), and similar articals with plain faces, set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified & directed.

TMT bars 10mm dia & over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, conforming to grade Fe-500, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in (soil), including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25cm, complete all as specifed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 smooth finished and reforming benching, internal dia of pipe 150mm, complete all as specified

Vitreous Chinaware squatting pan, orissa pattern size 580mm x 440mm with integral foot rests, white, with cast iron ‘P’ or ‘S’ trap, front or back inlet, including provision of lime concrete, making connections to trap and to flush pipe etc. and making good to floors fixed in repairs, complete all as specified.

Viterous China half stall type white urinal (excluding flushing cistern, flush pipe and waste pipe) but including connections to flushing pipe and out going pipes etc complete all as specified and directed.

PVC valveless, syphonic action type flushing cistern, 10 litres capacity, plunger type, low level, white with inlet, ball valve, float and handle including brackets, 32 mm dia PVC long bend flush pipe 90cm long, fixed in repair, complete all as specified.

Cleaning of the any type blockage of Nahani trap, Gully trap, Floor trap, manhole of any size and depth in any situation by way of cleaning mechanically or by way of any suitable means including removal of all foreign material and washed throughly to grating of trap, cast iron waste pipes by opening the cleaning eyes of CI pipes and deposition the sludge in newly excavated pits of suitable size at a distance not exceeding 50 meters from the starting point and covering the same with the soil obtained from excavation of pits including all necessary excavation and earthwork including cleaning of sucsessive blocked manhole wherever required and as ordered by Concerned JE / Engineer-in-Charge and keeping the sewage funtional by cleaning trap, WC, soil waste, gully trap and the like upto first manhole with and including taking precaution measure, equipments as required for working in foul conditions with and including plugging to or cleaning manholes and removing the plug after cleaning operation complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: - Labourer/safaiwala as required for attending the complaints shall be equiped with adequate tool and plant such as bucket, cleaning rod, hammer, sewage pump etc. on based complaints. Complaints of blockage should be completed within 24 hours otherwise Rs. 200.00 per day for delay for each complaint shall be recovered from the contractor's dues.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dewatering / pumping / bailing out of contaminated water from septic tank/ soakage wells alongwith inhelt / outlet chamberss, manholes, soakage pits etc. Of any capacity after plugging the incoming sewage lines by suction (vaccum) type machine mounted on LCV facility of high pressure vaccum including removing the contaminated water in same tank to a place outside the defence land complete all as specified and directed.

Desludging of sludge from septic tank by manually / mechanically alongwith inhelt / outlet chambers, manholes etc of any capacity after plugging the incoming sewage. Removing of sludge to outside the defence land and burying the same in newly excavated pit of suitable size and covering the same with 25 cm thick layer of earthg and spreading bleaching powder over the covered area, complete all as specified and directed

Cleaning of choked line (including manholes) 100mm to 150mm bore of any description underground any depth removing any type of blockage including desilting, descaling and dechocking from drains as well as from manholes with combined high pressure, rodding and flushing after cleaning including clearing of manhole rodding and well flushing with water between two successive manholes and keeping the system functional and removing waste materials to a distance of n.exc 50m complete including taking off and replacing the manhole cover in old postion, complete all as specified and directed. Note : The contractor or his authorised representative shall report to Engineer-in-Charge (or the person deputed by him) at 0900 hrs daily to receive complaints. The Engineer-in-Charge / JE will issue the job card to attend the complaints. The job card shall bear user's signature to satisfactorily completion of complaints. In case the contractor or his representative fails to report Engineer-in-Charge at 0900 hrs daily to receive the complaints, the contractor shall be liable to pay penalty @ Rs. 500/- per day.
