Laying of Plain Cement concrete 1:2:4 nominal machine mixing with concrete mixture (Cement:Sand: Metal) as per IS 456 using 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (Course aggregate) from approved Quarry / source including cost and conveyance of all materials like Cement , sand, Metal, Water etc to side and inclusive of all materials all operational incidental , labour charges like machine , mixing placing of concrete compacting, curing, overhead charges and contractor profit etc excluding seigniorage charges etc. complete for foundations flooring footings bed etc.complete for finished item of work and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Removing, Stacking and Re-Fixing of Existing Flooring paver blocks by manual means including laying of manufactured sand below the paver blocks as levelling course and all the operational, incidental charges and labour charges etc., and overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work and as directed by engineer-In -Charge.

Supply, laying & fixing of precast concrete blocks of M-40 grade and thickness not less than 80 mm for Light traffic areas conforming to IS 15658:2006 in all shapes and designs as per the manufacturer's specification to site including all labour charges,loading & unloading, laying to desired lines and levels etc., including Contractor's and over head profit complete for finished item of work and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Supply and spreading of stone crusher dust (HBG stone chips 2.36 mm and below ) not more than10% passing 0.075 sieve for resting the pavers and filling the voids and crevices between the pavers, including cost and coveyance of all materials to site, leads, lifts, and labour charges, overheads & contractors profit excluding cost of seigniorage charges etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer in charge.
