Rect Locker Bed side steel Size of 560mm x 600mm x 1500mm for Kanakayya Coy (Built-in) (a) Removal of old UNSV curtain rod and S & F with new CP curtain rod with bracket of size & shape as per existing nuts, bolts of suitable size complete.

(b) Removal of old UNSV legs and S&F with new legs made out of 1mm thick PBI sheet of size & shape as per existing with proper welding complete.

(c) S&F chromium plated heavy duty hasp & stapple size of 100mm long for locker bed side steel fixing with screw complete.

(d) S&F chromium plated D type handle heavy duty size of 150mm long for locker bed side steel fixing with screw complete.

(e) S&F new drawer of size 560x 300mm with handle incl both side rail for locker bed side steel made out of 1mm thick PBI sheet of size & shape as per existing complete duly painted with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of Red oxide primer.

(f) Removal of old unsv drawers from locker bed side steel and re fixing the same after repair by proper functioning incl handle & side rail for drawer complete.

(g) Removal of unserviceable shelf of Locker bed side steel and replacing the same with new shelf made out of 1.00mm thick MS sheet made to shape as per existing duly applied two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer.

(h) Removal of unserviceable single shutter (door) and replacing the same with new shutter made out of 1.00mm thick MS sheet made to shape as per drawing of size 560mm x 1500mm duly applied two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer.

(j) Removal of unserviceable peg set of three and replacing the same with new peg set of three to shape and size as per exiting completed.

(k) Removal of unserviceable writing board with bracket made out of pre laminated particle board and replacing the same with new writing board made out of 18/19 mm thick prelaminated particle board (Exterior garde) size of 700x600x18mm approved make and shade duly providing 4mm thick half round TW edging shall be treated with french polish high gloss best qualitycomplte.

PAINTING (l) M&L preparation of existing steel surfaces of internal and external surfaces including shelves by removing all dents filling with putty & spray painting with machine one coat of synthetic enamel paint (internal & extrenal) and item ser no 1(a) to 1(l) all asper specified as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- (i) Cost of mminor repair like welding to locker if required etc shall deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (ii) Cost of nuts, bolts, washers, screws, 'L' shape bracket for writting board and hinges if required shall deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

(g) Removal of unserviceable writing board with bracket made out of pre laminated particle board and replacing the same with new writing board made out of 18/19 mm thick prelaminated particle board (Exterior garde) of approved make and shade duly providing 4mm thick half round TW edging shall be treated with french polish high gloss best qualitycomplte.

(g) Removal of unserviceable writing board with bracket made out of pre laminated particle board and replacing the same with new writing board made out of 18/19 mm thick prelaminated particle board (Exterior garde) of approved make and shade duly providing 4mm thick half round TW edging shall be treated with french polish high gloss best qualitycomplte.

(h) Removal of existing unserviceable 5 mm looking mirror and supply and fix provision of new 5mm mirror of approved quality complete

(j) Removal of unserviceable shelf of Locker bed side steel and replacing the same with new shelf made out of 1.00mm thick MS sheet made to shape as per existing duly applied two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer.

(k) Removal of unserviceable peg set of three (SS) and replacing the same with new peg set of three (SS) to shape and size as per exiting completed.
