Earth work in execavation by mechnical means(Hydraulic excavator/ mannual means (area exceeding 30cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth within all leads and lifts as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation by Mechnical means in foundation and tranches etc. upto all depths in all classification of earth work such as pick work, jumper work, saturated soil including bailing of pumping out water, blasting soft/ hard rock or chiseling soft/ hard where blasting is prohibited. upto all leads and lifts stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 meter clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm (fifteen centimeters) layers where required into plinths, sides of foundations etc. including consolidating of each deposited layer by ramming and watering wherever required and then desposing of all surplus excavated soil un- useable materials complete in all respect with in all leads & lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement :2 sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size and curing complete excluding cost of form work & reinforcement for RCC work in suspended floors, roofs landings shelve & their supports balconies girders bresumers and cantilevers upto floor two level including entire carriage of material upto all leads & lifts.

In walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, Pliiers, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed block, anchor block, plan window sills, filtets, sunken floor etc. upto floor to level excluding the cost of centering , shuttering and finishing.

Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed reinforced cement concrete of design mix M-30 grade using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying and curing complete mixing the material in machanical mixture and compacting the concrete with vibrator complete excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-incharge.“(Note :- Cement content considered in this item is @ 340 kg/cum.“Excess/ less cement used as per design mix is payable/recoverable separately).complete in all respect with in all leads & lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing mild steel/tor steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level.complete in all respect with in all leads & lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish. Including centring, shuttering strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4mtrs and removal of the same for insitu reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:-

a) Foundation, footing, bases for columns.

b) Vertical surface such as wall of (any thickness) partition and the like including attached pillaster buttresses plinth and string courses and like and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including entire carriage of material upto all leads and lifts.

Wire crates made of G.I. wire filled with boulders with square cut faces against the wire 15cm. x 15cm. mesh. complete in all respect with in all leads & lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
