Demolition of cement concrete in floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 50mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in floor and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement with glass dividing strip as in floor including demoliation of existing flooring, complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Glass dividing strip shall be measured and paid for separately).

M&L for providing glass dividing strip 3mm thick and 38 mm wide inserted in position, conform to design in PCC flooring complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of asbestos cement corrugated or semi corrugated sheets in roof covering of any gauge and thickness complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 6mm thick asbestos cement, corrugated or semi corrugated sheets in roofs; walls etc fixed with L-type or J type or cranked hook bolts with bitumen washers complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No 06 above but except sheets.

M&L for 6mm thick asbestos cement, two piece adjustable plain wing ridge, fixed with L-type or J type or cranked hook bolts with bitumen washers complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards/ slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for exposed metal frame ceiling with 6mm thick calcium silicate board of siliceous and calcareous material reinforced with celulose fibre for fixing over and including GI powder coated grid work of size 605mm X 605mm, with main tee of size 32mm X 23.5mm x 1.5mm thick, cross tee of size 25mm x 23.5mm x 1.28mm and angle of size 23.5mm X 23.5mm x 1.2mm fixed on wall, all powder coated finish on exposed faces of tee and angle, hung from ceiling using 2mm dia. G.I. suspension wires and 'J' bolts, washers, nuts spaced at 1200 mm both ways including making niches for fans/ light all as specified and as directed. complete all as specified and directed.
