Supply and Installation and comissioning of 11 KV Compact Sub Station with non extensible RMU consisting of following :- A . HT SWITCHGEAR 11 KV, 630 Amps, 21 KA for 3 Sec. Non-Extensible Ring Main Unit with Metering Panel Compact Switchgear Consisting of One No. Vacuum Circuit Breaker In SF6 insulated stainless steel enclosure, with series trip, self powered microprocessor based numerical over current relay (IDMTL + Inst.) protection, earth fault protection and thermal over load relay for transformer. Interconnection between HT switchgear and transformer shall be using 1Cx3x95 sq.mm aluminium unarmorured XLPE Cable . B. TRANSFORMER 315 KVA, 11KV/0.433 KV ,Dyn11 ,DRY Transformer type of design with Off load tap switch of rating +5% to -10% @2.5%. (IS Tol.2026) and WTI (Winding temparature Indicator), copper wound complete all as specified. C. LOW VOLTAGE SWITCHGEAR-630 A COPPER BUS BAR LT ACB (Air circuit breaker) INCOMER CUM OUTGOING 415 V , 630 Amps 4P,36 KA fixed type Microprocessor based MCCB -01 Nos

OUTGOING : 200 Amp ,25 KA ,4P ,Thermal Base MCCB -04 Nos ,Amp Meter & Volt Meter in Incomer ,RYB indication & other require accessories specification & direction by Enginner -in -Charge . D . OUTDOOR ENCLOSURE Outdoor type enclosure having construction of Galvanised Sheet Steel of thickness not less than 2mm. The Enclosure shall have IP54 degree of protection for HT & LT switchgear compartment & IP 23 degree of protection for Transformer compartment. The enclosure exterior shall be powder coated (colour Light Grey & D.A.Grey). Each compartment will be provided with the door and pad locking arrangement. The Compartment illumination lamp with door operated switch shall be provided for each compartment.

E. INTERCONNECTION AND EARTHING Interconnection between HT switchgear & Transformer using 1Cx3x95 Sq.mm XLPE Single core cable & Interconnection between Transformer & LT switchgear using aluminium Busbars. Internal earthing connections by using 50x6 mm Copper Strips and provn of Bulk Meter /Cable) Note:- (a) Packge Sub-Station is outdoor plinth mounted type. Rate quoted shall be inclusive of errection, testing and commissioning including Civil work for package substation as per OEM specifications (b) Package Sub-staion complete with the internal interconnections & all other miscellaneous items required for satisfactory completion of job shall deemed to be included in the rate quoted.

M&L cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination cold shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 3 core 50 - 95 sqmm 11000 volts complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination cold shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 3 core 50 - 95 sqmm 11000 volts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip, earthed, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volt grade, of size 3 core 95 sqmm.

Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated screened, PVC bedded galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, of following sizes :-

(a) 185 Sqmm 3.5 Core

(b) 120 Sqmm 3.5 Core

(c) 70 Sqmm 3.5 Core

(d) 25 Sqmm 4 Core

(e) 16 Sqmm 4 Core

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation, laying of cable/pipe etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out in Soft/Disintegrated rock complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Returning, filling in, including, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick with soft/ disintegrated rock complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing excavated material soft/ disintegrated rock to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for sand cushioning to underground PVC/XLPE cable with tibba sand and punning to provide required cover complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note :- For the purpose of payment only punned thickness shall only measured).

Supplying and laying Jodhpur stone quarry faced stone slab cover 25 to 30 cm in width, 50 to 60 cm long and 40 to 50 mm thick, laid dry and abutting each other with gap between adjacent slab not exceeding 10 mm over under ground cables for protection complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, installing testing and commissioning out door type CPRI approved LT cubical panel suitable for 3 phase 4 wire 415 Volts, 50 HZ and factory made in an approved factory made of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet & MS angle section 50x50x6mm frame with front & back openable double door system lockable / openable by keys having busbar of 400 Amp compring of following :- (For FPB-1&2)

Supply, installing testing and commissioning out door type CPRI approved LT cubical panel suitable for 3 phase 4 wire 415 Volts, 50 HZ and factory made in an approved factory made of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet & MS angle section 50x50x6mm frame with front & back openable double door system lockable / openable by keys having busbar capacity 400 Amp compring of following :- (For FPB-3 &4)

S&F vertical DBs TPN 4 way 415 V double door powder coated, CRCA steel sheet constructed as per IS : 8623, degree of protection IP 43 - IK 09 with metal door, recess mounted, having insulated 250 amp tinned copper bus bar, neutral busbar, earth bar, din bar, detachable gland plate, interconnection, earthing connection, blanking plates in unused spaces as required, suitable for TP/FP MCCB as incomer with including MCCB 250A , and with provision of SP/TP MCB's as outgoing MCCB FP 250A , 25 KA complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F MCB distribution board TPN, 415 volts, 4 ways double door powder coated, CRCA steel sheet constructed as per IS : 8623, degree of protection IP 43 - IK 09 with metal door, recess mounted, having insulated 100 amp tinned copper bus bar, neutral busbar, earth bar, din bar, detachable gland plate, interconnection, earthing connection, blanking plates in unused spaces as required complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S & F for MCB DB SPN 8 way double door IP 43 complete prewired including Bus Bar etc suitable for operation on 240 volt 50 Hz AC supply including necessary provision for inserting the DBs in wall by cutting the brick/stone masonary etc and making good of distrubed surface to match with existing colour of wall complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing MCB's TPN 63 to 100 Amps, 415 Volts,10 kA rapturing capacity 'C' curve complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing MCB's single pole and neutral 40 to 63 Amps, 240 Volts,10 KA rapturing capacity 'C' curve complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing MCB's single pole 20 Amps to 32 Amps, 240 Volts,10 KA rapturing capacity 'C' curve complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for submain wiring with approved colour code/as per IS (Red,black & green for single phase) circuit with two single core PVC insulated cable with multistranded copper conductor of nominal cross sectional area of 4.00 Sqmm (FRLS) for phase and neutral in conduit pipe minimum size 20 mm including one run of PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor nominal cross sectinal area of 4.00 Sqmm (FRLS) of continous earth wire green in colour complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. (Note :- Two runsof 4.00 Sqmm cable & one run of 4.00 Sqmm cable as earth wire and one run of conduit shall be measured and paid as one unit length)

M & L for submain wiring with approved colour code/as per IS (Red,black & green for single phase) circuit with two single core PVC insulated cable with multistranded copper conductor of nominal cross sectional area of 6.00 Sqmm (FRLS) for phase and neutral in conduit pipe size 20 mm or above including one run of PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor nominal cross sectinal area of 6.00 Sqmm (FRLS) of continous earth wire green in colour complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. (Note :- Two runsof 6.00 Sqmm cable & one run of 6.00 Sqmm cable as earth wire and one run of conduit shall be measured and paid as one unit length)

M & L for submain wiring with approved colour code/as per IS (Red,blue & yellow for three phase) conduit circuit with one black colour single core PVC insulated cable with multistranded copper conductor of nominal cross sectional area of 10.00 Sqmm (FRLS) for neutral in conduit pipe size 25 mm or above including one run of PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor nominal cross sectinal area of 10.00 Sqmm (FRLS) of continous earth wire green in colour complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. (Note :- four runs of 10.00 Sqmm cable & one run of 10.00 Sqmm cable as earth wire and one run of conduit shall be measured and paid as one unit length)

M & L bore earthing not less than 250 mm dia 16 feet deep filled with black soil up to 7 feet from bottom complete with galvanized iron pipe 40 mm bore medium grade 3 meter long tapers at bottom & provided 12 mm holes (staggered) at 75 mm centre to centre up to 2.5 meter of length from bottom , burried directly in ground filled with 45 cm alternate layer of chemical magnisium sulphate, charcoal & salt up to ground levl connected to galvanized iron strip 32x6 mm as earthing lead up to 7.5 mtr by means of bolt and nut, check nuts and washer of galvanized iron or steel including brazing work and 40mm dia light grade pipe for earth lead protection and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

M & L bore earthing not less than 250 mm dia 16 feet deep filled with black soil up to 7 feet from bottom complete with galvanized iron pipe 40 mm bore medium grade 3 meter long tapers at bottom & provided 12 mm holes (staggered) at 75 mm centre to centre up to 2.5 meter of length from bottom , burried directly in ground filled with 45 cm alternate layer of chemical magnisium sulphate, charcoal & salt up to ground levl connected to galvanized iron wire 4mm dia as earthing lead up to Panel /DB BOX as per site requirement by means of bolt and nut, check nuts and washer of galvanized iron or steel including brazing work and 40mm dia light grade pipe for earth lead protection including test point terminal cover the earhing hole by PCC chamber and GI cover and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

NOTE FOR ITEM NO. 22.00 & 23.00 [i]. Excavation & earth work in any type of soil including removing of surplus material upto 100M [ii]. PCC (1:3:6) type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in pit & 40mm thick precast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 cover 50x50 cm with 8mm round bar @ 15 cm C/C both ways. [iii]. Main earthing strip from earth electrode to test point upto 7.5 mtr. [iv]. Funnel with watering pipe [GI pipe] 20mm bore [ISI marked] medium grade & copper lugs and charcoal & salt as reqd. [v]. GI protection pipe of size 40 mm bore light grade 7.5m.

M&L for Single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB SP 20 Amps, 240 volts complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.
