S & F for Double Wall Corrugated High Density Polymer Ethyl (HDPE) pipe of size 50mm outer diameter and 38 mm inner Diameter suitable for laying of electric cable with IS 14930 (part 2) 2001 and 6 mm thickness laid in trenches, wall, floor, pole including bends, sockets and other connected accessories complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in -Charge.

S & F for Double Wall Corrugated High Density Polymer Ethyl (HDPE) pipe of size 63mm outer diameter and 50 mm inner Diameter suitable for laying of electric cable with IS 14930 (part 2) 2001 and 6 mm thickness laid in trenches, wall, floor, pole including bends, sockets and other connected accessories complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in -Charge.

S & F for Double Wall Corrugated High Density Polymer Ethyl (HDPE) pipe of size 90mm outer diameter and 75 mm inner Diameter or suitable for laying of Electric cable with IS 14930 (part 2) 2001 and 6 mm thickness laid in trenches, wall, floor, pole including bends, sockets and other connected accessories complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in -Charge.

S & F for Double wall Corrugated High Density Polymer Ethyl (HDPE) pipe of size 120mm outer diameter and 102 mm inner Diameter for laying of Electric cable with IS 14930 (part 2) 2001 and 6 mm thickness laid in trenches, wall, floor, pole including bends, sockets and other connected accessories complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in -Charge.

M & L for boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenches technoligy using sounding technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying GI pipe Light grade (ISI marked) 50mm bore with connecting accessories, laid under road/ drain/fixed on wall etc for protection of cables complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, laying, testing and Commissioning cable XLPE insulated aluminium conductor, stranded, armoured, PVC sheathed, LT 1100 Volts grade, heavy duty as per IS-7098 and providing suitable lugs and cable glands, laid in trenches/ ducts/fixed to wall/ roof/ poles including taking down existing cables complete all as specified and directed for following sizes: -

120 sqmm, 3.5 core

95 sqmm, 3.5 core

70 sqmm, 3.5 core

50 sqmm, 3.5 core

35 sqmm, 3.5 core

Supply and fix Isolator TPN 63 A 415 Volts 10 KA breaking Capacity 'C' Series characteristics mounted on DIN Rail and connecting up complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable MCCB and Supply and fix MCCB 125 A, 4 pole, 415 Volts 36 KA breaking Capacity, AAN frame fixed on Existing panel in power house/feeder panel and connecting up all as specified and as directed& in the process of fixing of MCCB minor drilling, clamping, screw, nut bolt included in quoted rate complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per Item No 9.00 above but for 100 Amp.

Ditto all as per Item No 9.00 above but for 200 Amp.

Taking down old unserviceable cable route indicator and S & F Cable route indicator / Marker made up of PCC block in cement mortar 1:3:6 (20 mm graded aggregate) of size 900 x 300 x 100 mm thick with DANGER / 440 VOLTS, LT CABLE / MES embossing on cable route indicator / Marker including painting as per approved colour and buried in ground 45 Cms including necessary earth work (as required / ordered at site) complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade cable for straight through joint complete with jointing material cold shrink type and accessories suitable for 3.5/4 core XLPE, armoured, Aluminium conductor cable of size 50 to 95 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60cmx6 mm thick, buried directly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5m below ground level, connected to GI strips of size 32 x 6 mm as earthling lead by means bolts and nuts check nuts and washers of galvanized iron and connected to main switch board including watering arrangement with PCC chamber, MS funnel, wire mesh. CI cover with frame etc including necessary excavation in any type of strata, returning, filling removal of soil outside MD land, filling of charcoal and salt complete all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES Sch Part I, connected to Earthing test point and testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 14.00 above but using Copper plate 600mmx600mmx3.15mm thick electrode and 20x3mm copper strip as Earthing lead complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Earth continuity conductor with copper strip 32 x 6mm fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 meter wide and not exc 1.5 meter in depth and getting out in any type of soil for laying of cable, pipe etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in and including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25cm thick, complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated materials to a distance not exc. 50 meter and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 meter above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.
