M&L for cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in bed of drain including finishing fair and even including demolition of existing PCC and removal of debries out of MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in benching, coping, bed plates, seismic band, lintle, kerbs and similar works, finished even and smooth including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles, throating and necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping to brick wall finished even and smooth including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles, throating and necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Precast cement concrete bond/through stone PCC 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) set in cement mortar 1:6 ( @ Two numbers per Sqm) including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Pre-cast PCC bond stone shall be measured and paid separately under respective items after deductions from gross quantity of random rubble stone masonry).

M&L for RCC M-25 (design mix) (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies and in shelves and the like including demolition of existing (reinforced) cement concrete and removal of debries out of MoD land complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE:- Reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition)

M&L for Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 40 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mi- tred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- Inner girth to be measured for payment purpose.

M&L for walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded ans solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 including demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles, including removal of deberies out of MoD land (Note:- Pre-cast PCC bond stone shall be measured and paid separately under respective items after deductions from gross quantity of random rubble stone masonry).

Description all as per srl item No 08.00 above but (EXCEPT STONES) complete all as specified and directed.

Extra over stone walling built in lime or sand stone, for hammer dressing to face stones with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface n. exc. 40mm and dressing of face beds and joints as specified of randam rubble walling, uncoarsed or brought upto courses complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks, old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in CM (1:6) including demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles, including removal of deberies out of MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

Description all as per srl item No 11.00 above but (EXCEPT BRICKS) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for form work to soffits of flat, fair finished surfaces of concrete of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200 mm thick(Horizontal or sloping) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for form work to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, opening in concrete walls, floor and roofs and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc. 10 cm but n. exc. 20 cm wide, fair finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work con forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 including dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F "as in repair" of Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for raking out joints/ pointing in cement mortar to random rubble or polygonal rubble uncoursed or brought up to courses stone masonry built in cement mortar of any description complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE:- The quoted rates include for racking or cutting out joints and decayed mortar etc, not less than 12mm deep, washing the joints, removing rubbish off the premises, and keeping the surface to be pointed wet for two days prior to re-pointing).

M&L for flush pointing in cement mortar 1:4 to random rubble masonry, uncoursed or brought upto courses of any description complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of external wall and applying two coats of cement base paint including curing before and after, including a coat of alkali-resistant priming paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes, single socketed, in any length, with rubber ring joints, in weep holes as in retaining walls complete all as specified and directed.

S&F "as in repair" reinforced cement concrete 600mm bore pipes, class NP-3, laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and directed.

S&F both side retro reflective sign board of size 900mm wide and 600mm high made out of 1.25mm thick aluminium sheet base covered with approved make self adhesive reflective transparent prismatic engineering grade PVC sheet of required colour on both faces and pasted in words/Figure/numbers of self adhesive computer aided machine cut sheet including mounting of sign board on MS frame (duly painted) made out of 47mm square pipe of wall thickness 16 gauge and leg height not less than 2.75m embeded in ground in plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) foundation of size 30cmx30cmx45cm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking down existing cement plaster on brick walls or stone walls of any description etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, including removal of deberies out of MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and pavings n. exc. 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) including removal of debries out of MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.
