Minor O/H & centrifuging of 1.6MVA, UST-9A, 9B /ESP transformers:
Following works are to be carried out on Complete 1.6MVA, 6.6/0.4kV Service transformers, ESP-9B, Booster Pump Transformer, Ash handling Transformer-9A, of unit-09 BTPS Obra.)
Draining of oil from main tank and
disconnecting HV/LV chamber.
Dismantling of complete transformer including core coil assembly, hot oil flushing and final assembly.
Complete dry out of core coil assembly in oven.
Filling of new transformer oil and filtration of oil till required BDV and PPM.
Electrical testing and connection of HV/LV jumpers.
Painting of transformer.
Construction of permanent oven (2210x1530x1370) mm3
