Taking down existing old Existing unserviceable LT UG / service cable of any description and size complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth for laying of cable exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, Class LV, Type I, flat, size 250 mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying fine sand for cable protection in layers incl punning all as specified and directed. Note:- Punned thickness shall be measured for the payment.

M&L for Tubes, 'light' grade,galvanised, with all fitting of size 50 mm bore, laid in trenches for cale protection all as specified and directed

M&L for XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 16 sqmm 4 core laid in trences, fixed on walls, ceiling and on cabe trays all as specified and directed.

M&L for XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 6 sqmm 2 core laid in trences, fixed on walls, ceiling and on cabe trays all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacing GI earthing strip of size 25x4 mm size incl fixing in wall with proper nut bolt washers complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for repair of GI earth strip any size by securing in place with and including nut/ bolt / screws on wall / roof fixing in proper complete all as specifed and directed.

S&F in repair Air termination, single pointed aluminium rod 12mm dia and 300mm long complete all as specifed and direceted.

S&F in repair Earth Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hex. head screw complete all as specified and directed. Note: Sample of test point shall be submittted before procurement

M&L for fixing AC single phase static energy meter of accuracy class 1.0 240 volt, 50 Hz with backelit LCD display of rating 10 to 60 Amps and with 1 push button( measures and display KWH, KVAh, V,I, PF) with trasparent hinge type box (The company should provide a meter replacement warranty of 05 years) incl taking down of old unsv meter all as specified and as directed.

M&L for replacing GI tubings 15mm size medium grade for mounting pole of lightening arrestor along with base plate of suitable size along with GI fastner , nut bolt and washers all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Epoxy earthing strip insulator of size 25mm x 3 mm incl bolt nuts and washers all as specified and as directed. Note: Sample of earthig strip insulator shall be submittted before procurement

M&L for repair of epoxy earthing strip insulator any size by fixing proper in location incl bolt nuts and washers all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair of AMF controller unit micro controller based DG protection unit for controlling the AMF panel incl necessary wiring, 230V, 50 Hz supply to main and stand by contactor (03 phase) suitable for DG set of capacity 63 KVA to 250 KVA complete all as specified and directed. Note: The item shall be as per OEM specification and replaced by OEM technician only.

M & L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50 mtr deep below normal ground level, connecting to GI earth strip of size 25x4 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts, and washers of galvanized iron or steel including 15 mm dia. medium grade protection pipe for earth lead complete with charcoal and common salt including watering arrangement with galvanized iron pipe light grade 20 mm dia, PCC Chamber, CI frame and cover, MS funnel with wire mesh all as shown in electrical plate no 3 of SSR part I including excavation and earthwork in any type of soil/strata and testing on completion. Note :- GI strip 25x4 mm size and 15 mm dia protection pipe upto 7.5 mtr from earth plate is deemed to be unit included in rate quoted.
