M & L for providing cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof padding 40 mm thick, finished fair and even to receive further treatment complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instruction on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished fair and even for laying roof treatment / floor finishes all as specified and as directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L for laying 3mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane, weighing not less than 3.6 Kg/Sqm, reinforced with non woven polyster matt black finished weighing not less than 100 gm/Sqm having softening point not less than 140 degree celsius longitudinal tensile strength not less than 300 N/Sqm, 10cm overlap & end lap 15 cm over a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.20 Kg/Sqm and finishing with aluminium paint applied @ 0.10 Kg/Sqm & finished all as per manufacturer's instruction and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
