Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire burshes or mechanical broom or high pressure air jet for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc all as specified and directed.

M & L for Applying evenly a tack coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion (RS-1) conforming to IS: 8887 at a rate of application of 0.2-0.3 kg/sqm on bituminous surface as specified in Table 500-5 of MaRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer as specified and directed.

M & L for Bituminous premix semi-dense asphaltic concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness with 5.50% binder content (paving bitumen VG-30) by weight of total mix by hot mix process laid and compacted to required camber and gradient using mechanical paver and rolled to a uniform, smooth surface with power roller 8 to 12 tonne complete all as specified and directed

M & L for painting 2 coats lines, dashes, arrows, letters, etc. on roads pavements and the like n exc 10cm wide with road marking paint, white or golden yellow complete all as specified and directed
