Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne (Eight to Twelve tonne) capacity after excavating earth to an average of 22.5 cm (twenty two point five centimetre) depth, dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etc. and re-rolling the sub grade and disposal of surplus earthwith lead upto 50 metres(fifty metres) including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying & Laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specified sizes to WBM specifications in uniform thickness, hand picking, rolling with 3 (three) wheeled road/vibratory roller 8-10 tonne capacity in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding material to fill up interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.(i) 90 mm to 45 mm (Ninety milimetre to forty five milimetre) size stone aggregate

(i) 53 mm to 22.4 mm (fifty three milimetre to twenty two point four milimetre) size stone aggregate.

Providing and applying tack coat using bitumen emulsion conforming to IS:8887, using emulsion pressure distributer including preparing the surface & cleaning with mechanical broom including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. On W.B.M / W.M.M. @ 0.4kg/sqm

Providing and laying Bituminous concrete using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site by tippers, laying with paver finisher equiped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction and density as per specification, complete and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. (i) 30 mm(thirty milimetre) thick compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-10 (ten) @ 5.5%(five point five percent) (percentage by weight of total mix) and lime filler @ 3% (percentage by weight of Aggregate) prepared in Batch Type Hot Mix Plant of 100-120 TPH capacity.
