Supply of drinking Water to Gang huts, L-Xings, gate lodges, stations and labour working in the section of ADEN/SSA. (For 2 years )

1. Only one rate should be quoted for all locations of tenders containing separate rate for different locations will be summarily rejected. 2. Contractor will have no claims of the change in location of Gang within one Km. 3. The potable drinking water should be fit from hygienic point of view will be supplied by contractor at location mentioned in schedule will not be less than 4000 liters at a time in the measurement tank. The contractor will take acknowledgement on printed serial numbered challan book, for the quantity supplied at individual location on daily basis, the receipt will be in three copies, one to be retained by the person who is taking supply, another to be submitted to subordinate In-charge and 3rd will be retained by the contractor. 4. The frequency of supply of water at the location will be meet with daily requirement of the consumption of water by the Rly. staff and quantity of water at a time one location will not be supplied for more than one week consumption at a time. 5. Payment for the quantity of supply of water will be made after accepted and signed by authorized railway representatives. 6. The quantities as mentioned above are approximate and may vary to the extent variation as per rules enforce. 7. The rates should be inclusive of all charges and no extra payment what so ever on any account will be payable to the contractor. 8. The contract shall be Governed by the General Condition of Contract and Instructions to Tenderer's 2022. (amended up to date). 9. The conditional rebates will not be considered while deciding the total cost of offer. 10. The frequency and quantity of supply of water will be as per requirement given by Engineer In-charge and may vary from 05 KL to 50 KL per day. 11. The Railway require water any time the contractor will supply of water within two hours time if contractor fails to supply full quantity of water which is required within time a penalty of Rs.500/- per hour will be imposed to contractor. 12. Water shall be free from injurious amount of deleterious material such as oils, acids, alkalis, salts etc. water should be fit for human drinking. 13. In emergent condition contractor should supply water as per Instructions of ADEN/Sirsa. 14. No bill will be passed without challan & records of residual chlorine as per schedule.
