STP (SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT): 3.00 MLD: Design, construction, erection, testing and commissioning of 3.00 MLD capacity Sewage Treatment Plant based on Sequential Batch Reactor (SBR) including Electrical, Mechanical, Piping and Instrumentation work with PLC and SCADA arrangement for STP integrated with MPS and other works contingent thereto including 3 months successful trial-run and thereafter 6 Years Defect Liability-cum-Maintenance Period as per detail and specifications mentioned in DNIT along with following provisions 1.1 2 No. High Mast of 9 mtr GI Octagonal pole of 4 mm thickness (T=100 mm, B=200mm, Base Plate = 320 x 320 x 20 mm), Window at 500 mm from Base Plate with 6 No. LED suitable size, outdoor type energy efficient lamps on each pole, 20 no. LED outdoor light with 7 m. high GI pole along road / path including all accessories, cable, wire etc complete in all respect. 1.2 Supply and fixing of 1 No. 3.65 m wide SS 304 main Gate along with1.25 m. wide wicket gate at STP to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. (Total weight not less than 500 kg). 1.3 CC TV CAMERAS: Providing and Installing 6 CCTV Cameras (4 Cameras for STP and 2 Camera at MPS-1) within 96 hours of signing the agreement along with 120 days recording (DVR), 48 inch LED Screen, 16 Channel DVR at STP and MPS Site with connectors, cables, poles and power supply with online real-time output facility. The cameras at MPS and STP shall be synchronized at STP site complete in all respect. PTZ speed dome 360 degree 50X zoom camera, CP Plus Internet Protocol minimum 5 MP WDR, Night vision color mode, IR range up to 150 m. CCTV Cameras should be installed and commissioned before starting of the work.Make: Sony / Canon / Panasonic / Samsung 1.4 EWQMS (Effluent water quality monitoring system): Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning, Operation and Comprehensive Annual Maintenance of effluent quality monitoring system at 3.00 MLD capacity STP for online (continuous) measurement of PH, Total Suspended Solids (TSS), Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD), Biological Oxygen Demand (BOD) by single analyzer with various sensors (spectral measurement in the UV-VIS range 200-720mm) performing reagent and chemical free analysis with automatic cleaning of censor, signal cables and power cables, local data acquisition and display of data on continuous basis for up linking the data to CPCB, HSPCB and PHED, TUV approved complete in all respect as per Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) guidelines for online continuous monitoring system for effluents. 1.4.1 Multi-parameter measuring converter, for connecting up to 18 intelligent sensors Scope including 8 analog inputs / outputs (4 inputs and 4 outputs) (0/4-20Ma), wide- range power supply Optical COD/BOD and TSS probe with spectral processing of the UV-VIS range, for measurement in the outlet / effluent of 3.00 MLD capacity STP with integrated with automatic cleaning complete in all respect. 1.4.2 Robust digital pH/ORP sensor for pH/ORP electrodes, with built-in pre-amplifier and temperature sensor with Automatic Temperature Compensation (ATC) Cable length 100 Meter (minimum) complete in all respect. 1.4.3 Sensor adapter cable for all intelligent sensors, with IP68 water proof connection to the intelligent Sensor Net system. Cable length 100 meter (minimum) complete in all respect. 1.4.4 Data transfer to CPCB, HSPCB and PHED servers complete in all respect. 1.4.5 Providing GSM 3G, 4G modem with mobile network connectivity including network including complete in all respect. `1.5 Providing and installation of online flow measurement at inlet , outlet and byepass including suitable size flow meter complete in all respect` 1.6 Conveyance of treated effluent from cholorine contact tank to effluent collection tank through suitable size DI K9 pipe along with cost of pipe, sluice valves, specials, material and labour complete in all respect.

ANNEXE BUILDING: Construction of HT / LT Panel room, PLC room, Blower room and Lab cum Office building, Toilet block including doors, windows,finishing, electric, and sanitary fittings complete in all respect as per drawings approved by SE. The building will be built up with RCC frame structure and brick work as per specifications mentioned in attached additional documents including maintenance during 6 years Defect liability-cum-maintenance period after successful completion of trial run period of 3 months.

Supply and Pushing of MS casing pipe of specified thickness by trenchless method adopting micro-tunnelling or any suitable mechanical technology or technology approved by Railway below ground at all depth under running traffic condition as per railway standard including carrying out survey work at the job site for determining underground cable trenches like telephone, cable, water and sanitary lines and resistivity test for finding the soil strata using necessary equipment’s for completion of works, mobilizing of machineries and specialized crew at the job site complete in all respect, including excavation of driven pit and exit pit (upto 3 metre depth) with proper protection at three sites with shoring sheets and ISMB`s. Providing MS cutting edges for front shield and Constructing thrust bed at designated level. Necessary de-watering and providing concrete foundation at the base of the driven pit, PVC/Rubber saddle as per the requirement of Railway Authority, crane for handing of pipe and any other machinery, tools, and tackles required, construction of temporary works as per requirement and as per approved by railway authorities, specification and the direction of the Engineer. (Protective coating/ lining if done that will be paid extra) Note- 1. Manual Pipe jacking is not permitted for workmen safety reasons. 2. Length of pipe shall be measured in between the outer wall of two manholes / Inspection chambers. Pipe in the manhole/inspection chamber’s wall shall deemed to be included in the item of manhole/inspection chamber shall not be payable 700 mm dia 12 mm thick casing pipe (As per SOR (RUIDP) item no. 17.87.1.2)
