Supply 12.5 mtr Latching High Mast Tower, Top A/F 150mm minimum bottom A/F 350mm minimum,Thickness 4 mm minimum Base Plate 520mm minimum (OD) x 25 mm thick, designed to with stand wind speed upto 180km/Hr. as per IS:875 including Latching system lantern carriage assembly, winch assembly including integral motor with mechanical torque limitor, head frame, ss wire rope, power tool for winch, lighting finial, 8 nos foundation bolts having dimension at least M24 X 850mm long, Feeder Pillar Box including S & F suitable terminal, protection MCB, Distribution board/switches, necessary power and control cable (Cu), Aviation lamp single dome (High Mast & Carriage Assembly Make: Transrail/Bajaj/Valmont) (Rates vetted by CEWE, PWD vide Computer No. 1022429)

Supply of 6 No.M24X 750 “I” foundation bolts as per EN8 Grade (TS-600) manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plates and templates

Erection of High Mast Tower including design and casting of RCC foundation with M25 Grading, considering the bearing capacity as 10T / mm2 at 2.2 mtr depth with all materials and labour as per TR 7 (Technical Report 7) and commissioning of 12.5 mtr High Mast with 2 nos GI earthing. (Design & Drawing to be approved by EIC before execution).

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of the following outdoor type Distribution Feeder Pillar box conforming to Indian Standard IS : 5039-1969 with latest amendments c)The body will be fabricated with 3 mm thick MS plate, MS angle ( 50X50X3 ) mm & MS Flat ( 25X3 )mm d)The Base Plate will be made by 10 mm thick MS Plate e) The pillar box having one sides opening with suitable handle in door with double locking arrangement ( Godrej Type ) and provision for manual locking arrangement. f)The frame for mounting MCB ,Contactor, Relay, Timer will be fabricated by 25 mm x 3 mm MS flat.

g) Adequate ventilation by means of louvers with wire mesh shall be provided on both sides and at the top and bottom of both sides of LT pillars h) The inside will be painted by 1 coat of Redled / zinc chromate and the outside will be painted by 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over 1 coat of Redled / zinc chromate. i) A hylam sheet of 10mm thick of suitable size will be fitted. j) The Enclosure shall provide Degree of protection IP -43 in accordance with IS : 2147 -1962 with its latest ammendment.

The Feeder box will contain the following switches and accessories -

Incomming Switch :

a) Supplying and fixing 240/415 V 32A FP MCB of Breaking capacity 10kA & C characteristics on din rail of existing DBs and necessary connection [D-6/7] (Make - Legrand / L&T/Siemens as per direction of EIC] [D-6/7] incl.-- 1set

Outgoing Switches :-

a)Supplying and fixing 240/415 V MCB of Breaking capacity 10kA & C characteristics on din rail of existing DBs and necessary connection (Make:Legrand/Siemens/ Crabtree/L&T as approved by E.I.C) [D-6/7]

(i) 6-32 Amps TP MCB -2nos

b)Supply & fixing of 415 V Single phase preventor relay (Make-L&T Cat no.XM81809OOOO- or equivalent model of GIC/Siemens as approved by E.I.C) -1 nos

c) Indicating LED Lamp with colour glasses showing (Red/Yellow/Blue/Amber) (Make- Siemens, Cat No.- 3SB5285-6HC03, 3SB5285-6HD03, 3SB5285-6HF03 or equivalent model of L&T/Siemens as approved by E.I.C) - 1 Set.

d) 3 ph 32 A Reverse , Forward control switches mounted in sheet metal encloser (Make- L & T) or equivalent model of Siemens/ABB as approved by E.I.C) - 1 Set.

e)Supply & Fixing of 415V, 4 Pole 16 A MCX01-4P type power Contactor Conforms to IS / IEC 60947-4-1 & IEC 60947-4-1. [Make-L&T Cat no.-CS97009BOOO].- 2Nos

f) E.I. Danger Board of suitable size ------- 1 No.

Earthing :-

A separate continuous aluminum earth busbar of size 25mm x 3mm shall run across the full length of the panel board and brought outside the panel. All electrical equipment are to be properly earthed with suitable size G.I. wire.

Interconnection of the all I/C and O/G switches are to made with felxible copper wire of suitable size with proper insulation with coloured sleeving and as per direction of EIC

The box should be installed on brick foundation of suitable size with hard jhama cement morter soaling at bottom 300mm below GL & 450mm above GL neatly plastered & neat cemented finish incl. painting by best quality 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over 1 coat of RO primer as per direction of the EIC. After digging soil, making base by CC morter etc. as needed. as per direction of the EIC.

Installation ,Testing and commissioning of work to setup the above mentioned 12.50m high mast pole /tower on or above the existing RCC basement with the help of modern engineering practices as specific tools & tackles, machineries,labour and Hydra/JCB/or Excavator with maintains all kind of safety by proper finishing the above work without any damages in original properties and wiring of Luminaires with flexible cable , MCBc etc..as per direction by EIC.

Earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts. long and 1 x 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 13 mm dia x 80 mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers incl. S & F 15 mm dia GI pipe protection (1 Mts. long) to be filled withbitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground level as below: a) By TATA- Medium GI pipe.

Excavation of soil for installation of Earth Electrode and filling & ramming..
